generally one can judge by looking itself, normally powder coating stuff will have a very fine grainy finish i mean "very fine" where as the later will have a smooth finish. But beware there are also powder coating as smooth as the normal finish!!Originally posted by scilent killer View Postbro can you tell me how this is differentiated....i couldn't see any difference...

It will have a coarse grainy sort of look. Its tough to explain bro...compare both side by side, you'll understand the difference!Originally posted by scilent killer View Postbro can you tell me how this is differentiated....i couldn't see any difference...

Edit: As dual disc 200 says, there are some powder coated finishes which are glossy too, you need to see it to understand actually. The powdery look will distinguish it from the regular lustrous paint look.Quench my thirst with gasoline!

Today i was enjoying chinese cuisine near my college when an idiot dropped my helmet from my bike while fiddling with it. All the super fine finish is damaged and the rear side of helmet is dented.
Now it looks aweful and my love with my helmet is broken.
Can anyone suggest me any shop in Delhi/Noida where i can get some nice decals, etc to make it look good again.?

i just removed the saree guard just because its not IN USE as no pillion wears a saree.
...is it legally compulsory though?????
.....should i put the screws back in after removing the guard because it leaves a gaping hole afterwards??????YAMAHA>>>THE ART OF ENGINEERING.

I got my bike's 4th Service done a few days ago, the bike is running well, but am planning to sell her & go in for a P220 dtsi. The bike's done about 4000 kms., it's a Jan 2009 model, year of manufacture is also 2009. The bike is good, but lacks a little on the highway use, for my weight I now realise I shouldn't have gone for it. If anybody is interested let me know, my no. is +91 9845 123 554.

Today while coming back form office i was hearing some tuk tuk noise from the rear tyre. When i examined i found a small pin with rounded top stuck to my tyre(Just like in shoe repair shop pin), pin was very thin and not to long also. I removed it and it came off easily. Do you think Air will go off or my tyre will be just fine? Please suggest me what should i do next?---------------------

bad move buddy.. if ur losing air more than a usual rate then its a puncture .. i would suggest u to wait for a few days ,check if ur losing air else if ur really concerned then get it checked with a mrf service station..Originally posted by shamanthnv View PostToday while coming back form office i was hearing some tuk tuk noise from the rear tyre.
