    Reg Oil change

    Guys im planning to change the engine oil this weekend.. my free service is due on feb 1st week.. and odo is arnd 9800km.. i guess the oil filter needs to be changed at 10K...

    will they be removing all the engine oil at that time and pour in new oil during service?? so if im changing the engine oil now, will that be wasted???

      well well well , I don't think "all" of us are getting mileage above the 40kmpl mark ... anyway that is just what i'm getting now , the way i ride i used to get around 37-43 ... in that range .

      Top whack was 121kmph ...

        My mistake it should be "MOST" . For you this FE is better than the old one.
        BTW 121KMPH was all or was there any more left for you to try??

                  They will change it only at any of the oil change aka free service. Won't change oil for the sake of filter change.

                              Guess Motul costs 'bout 450-500 bucks and Agrip 600-650.

                              hmm will look on chain but the tyre pressure has always been well. i've always struggled after 106 - 110. feels like a uphill task to go any further.

                                What is your current ODO reading? Also make sure you get the air filter clean regularly. I follow some basic maintenance routine between the service and thats why I always get around 40 KMPL at thrash mode and my bike easily reaches till 120 KMPH every time I rip it. But most of the times I run out of road so was not able to test it further. But then too max I guess it will go till 123-124 KMPH sitting upright.
