@Anirudh: Are you mentioning the engine side cover having the Yamaha logo? Well didn't noticed anything discoloured. Light will not always come from the same direction. If you keep notcing the same discouloured area even under different lighting directions, then for sure its a defected coloured part.

hmm.. my shokabs..got bent i geuss...i mean..i wasnt visible but..i knew for sure that it was dislocated..
        i m damn worried...
thye have sent the shock bar at main service centre for computer aided alignment and...
i wont get my bike till tomorrow i gues.. :X:X
even have to replace my handle..

i have seen 2 more ppl comin there for handle replacement...
these handles are really weak ..it seems frm their experience..
        and in many cases..
since bike doesnt have any leg guard..
i mean many prefer that way..
        bike crasshes on handle..
        and it bents very easily..

        hmm i m happy that..
its not havin ne scratches on fuel tank otherwise it wud have cost me 2 k to replace full set..

already i m spending 1.2k for the damage i have done

Well i guess i should get my front forks alignment check too..... thanks for reminding me...

Ya, the impact of the crash is always on the handle man, due to lack of leg gaurd and m desperately waiting for one......lol....

My tank cover is cracked and scratched here and there after four falls while playing with the Monster(FZ)....hehehe...But for the time being I am experimenting on the tank cover with spray paints, putty-paste to cover cracks. I even used rubber material pasted to the side panel of the bike so as to absorb the impact of the fall as well as to save from scratches...this is saving me some bux and thus divert it to fuels.......hahahhaha...

Oh! I hope you are doing ok with your hand as well...get it check too.....hehehhe

                • Also can anyone tell me about the horns.. my friend put another horn (A single one)
but its more or less still the same type of.. sound...(no one even bothers to move out of the way after hearing it... [:P] )
Also yamaha people told no to change stock wiring by puting a cutout/relay..
so we cant put dual horns...
                  Wat to do??
                  Wat r cut-outs??
Can we put a dual horn anyway???
                  Wats the procedure??

well...its definitely serious, becoz a fork oil seal cant simply leak , unless the fork tube got bent (almost invisible to us) due to a fall/crash. so u have to get the inner tube removed and get it straight in a hydraulic press. until then there is no use fitting a new fork oil-seal. the leak would never stop.

i have put a louder horn in same place, works like charm, its there for around 3 months now.

                      @s n m and Chinmayascorpion

are sure leg guard is fine as manual says any additional accessory and weight would spoil bikes handling.

@Chinmay: Ghosh! Man! Thanks a lot for the pics of your Monster....hehehe....Had been waiting for the leg guard picture.... Thanks for the info buddy.

@Mindgrinder: Well I dont think so the leg guard will affect the bike's handling, dont think so it weighs more than 2kgs.......and moreover, from the above pictures the leg seems to have been designed specifically for FZeeees...

Well that depends on wat you do with your bike.

I would surely prefer without leg guard for commuting.

But if it involves learning stunts and loves playing alot with the bike then for sure leg guard would be required to minimise loss, scratches, damages to handle bar, tank cover, foot rest and others to mention. And for sure, legs would be saved from major injuries, cos safety come first.
