my first action would be to take it to the sc and demand an explaination of the problem.... at the same time you can also take some pics of the damaged portion and send it to yamaha india along with the bill of the bike.
if this is a problem with the bike being a defective product they have to change the parts.
if they somehow are able to prove that it was due to your mistake may be like keeping the bike in harsh sun all the time(which in this case is unlikely as the bike is just a month old), or spilling of petrol (which tends to damage the painted parts) etc. etc. you can always get a can of touch up spray from your local two wheeler market and do the work yourself. a bottle of spray should not cost more than 200-300rs.

I care my bike more than my life. never exposed it to harsh sun and i always wipe spilled petrol on the spot. see the pics(idk if u guys can see it).
Also, there's bend on the swing arm(check attached pics) is it normal? btw my bike runs smoothly.

,, dont know why,i hope polishing that much area would help u for a particular time
, Will show this to the yamaha on ma next "2nd Service".. have done 1500Km only
..Ma scratch is too big? what should i do now?
they just cost ONLY Rs.600 a piece (Dilip DeVille- An xbhpian told me this
