      Naa the hornets handle bars are lower that the Pulsars, much stronger thoh and the center clamps are a bit more wider...

      Are you sure? Coz the CBR mc14exxxx has 3 dials... Tacho, Speedo and temperature...
      The speedo is more like from the Honda Jade n CB4... the Kawasaki Balius has a similar one too...
      But hey it shares the same engine from the CBR

        Clip-on Handle bar for FZ??

            No matter what, the stand will hit the ffe. The ffe was designed regardless of the stand. It won't be a problem though

              Are u sure? Coz Joel said that the stand issue had been solved. I really need to keep the center stand and not let it hit all the time.Now am worried! Are u using the 1st-gen FFE?

                im too looking for the FFE.

                any other way to contact joel other than his mail id.
                i did try it a week back but had no response.
                Our bikes can go from 0 - Stupid in less than "I wonder if this will be a good idea"

                      Yamaha Customer care mail id??

                      Hi Friends,

                      I had bought my fz-s a year back and since then have been facing problem with the battery(bike doesnt start till i crank it for atleast 6 times). Every time i give my bike to service i report this to the manager and they say that they will fix it.
                      But asusual they wont fix it. My last free service was on 17th on May and i reported to the manager that this time it has to be fixed since the battery warranty would lapse, he told he will fix it, but still the same case - problem not solved. Had a heated argument with them and now they are saying battery has to changed since the warranty has lapsed.

                      I want to report this to the yamaha customer care, please provide me the mail id of the customer care.

                      Also let me know any other way of dealing with this issue.

                      Service centre: Bangalore Wheels, Rajkumar Road.

                      Awaiting your reply friends.

                          Frankly,u could have shouted and created a scene when it was within warranty..would have been more effective.I think you need to change ur spark plug..and also check the water level of ur battery.

                            Guys , I had my tripmeter switch stolen . To replace this the SVC says I'd have to buy the entire speedo assembly .

                            Any other alternatives ?

                              Complete engine rebuild done.
                              New block piston, piston rings, valves, rockers, pins, timing chain.... Huge whole in the pocket..
                              Engine running in restarted.. odo 18K
                              Yamaha Fazer 2011 13600km in 8 months and counting

                                how come ou went for such a major rebuild that too with just 18k on the odo???
