Re: Honda Unicorn
If it was for straightening then that's ok, but never weld anything on ur bike, change the entire part itself if you have to.Originally posted by ranechinmay View Postwas on a ride for a couple of days, checked with asc, the 250/- is for straightening the suspension (the steel suspension pipes had been bent)

Re: Honda Unicorn
no welding done on the bike, the fools didn't have a option of "straightening the suspension" in their system, hence added "welding in the bill"Originally posted by sinnerz2000 View PostIf it was for straightening then that's ok, but never weld anything on ur bike, change the entire part itself if you have to.

the bike now handles just like previous, checked straight line stability, no deviation at all

Re: Honda Unicorn
Hello Wing Riders!!
I m planning to buy a honda unicorn..
But i keep listening that new uni is quite different than old model (quality issues).
New one is not as good as the older one..
Is that true???

Re: Honda Unicorn
Not true, new ones are the same as old ones, certain bikes may have defect which can be possible with any other bike too. But a good alternative to the uni is the hero xtreme, check that out too.Originally posted by newbiker1990 View PostHello Wing Riders!!

Re: Honda Unicorn
Hi,
I have purchased a new bike around 45 days back and have completed around 1900 kms. I feel that there is vibration in the leg rest....
Is it normal????I don't know where the bike ends and I begin...If heaven doesn't allow bikes..I'll ride mine straight to hell.

Re: Honda Unicorn
Yea just the parts, 5k is a very small price to make an 80k bike like new again right? Use cbz xtreme piston and bore kit.Originally posted by abhiiceman View Postjust the parts
bike is 1.5lk old had undergone a bad rebore @ 1lk .so now just replacing the cylinder block, piston and rings bring the bike to its new state?
