Parts price updates :
MF7 Amaron Pro Bike Rider - Beta - rs 1400
From Viva marketing, Andheri East, phone no - 9869030611/9869544330
This place is an authorised dealer and will give an exchange price for your old battery too.
P.S. Prices in December 2014.
Just curious, would appreciate if you can share a snap of the battery you've changed. Amaron website for now doesn't list this particular battery, it'd be great if you can throw in some thoughts on the fit, V/Ah rating and overall impression of the battery.
Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'
And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Will share a pic soon. It's a direct fit and is of the specified rating for the CBR 250.
From an non technical experience perspective, it seems to be better than exide which used to change horn sound with headlights on.

Appreciate that. Don't forget to post a clear snap of the battery voltage rating (printed on the battery) and an extended view of the entire battery cage of the CBR with this new battery.
Cheers!

Looks like we are finally getting somewhere on the updated CBR250R ! Honda has begun exporting the updated models from its Indian facility now.
So full scale production has finally begun and its only a matter of days before it gets launched here... At least that is what I hope :-D
I am also awaiting the Benelli TNT 300 to get launched, if that is priced less than 2.75L ex-showroom Chennai, I might go for it. Else would stick with the CBR250R

Source of the news ?
BTW, Motoroids have come out with the benelli prices and the tnt300 is 3.75L at ex-showroom price.
It is competing directly with teh Z250 and N300 i guess pricewise.
Hi guys, i am thinking about picking up a used CBR250R ABS. Can anyone please confirm if the warranty is applicable for second owner?
I was considering buying a KTM Duke, but KTM's warranty isn't applicable for the second owner, decided to let it go.

Hi Krishna, the source for Honda commencing exports of the updated CBR -
Just took a look at the speculative pricing on the Benelli TNT 300 - it mostly between 3 and 3.5 Lakhs
I anyway have time to decide, as Honda hasn't disclosed its plans for the updated CBR and Benelli prices will be officially revealed on 19th March !
That's nice. Let's hope it is priced sensibly, the Benellis that is. And I too have been wondering for along time, whats taking Honda so long in introducing updates for the CBR, it has started to get a bit irritating :-P
But now since more and more options are popping up, bikers like us will still be happy.
