It will be better if someone reply me soon as I am planning to get it today or tomorrow, else i won't find time. Thank you.
Don't expect any tank pads from JC road. Only option to see&check tank pad is at Orion motors. Most of the time no stock available and they will always say that new stock will come next week.

If you would like to check more/better tank pads best option is to contact Performance, Bachoo Motors, PlanetDSG etc. They will email the details about the current and latest tank pads available, which will not be listed in their websites. You will get the courier next day, after ordering it. Normally we use to order multiple items to make use of the courier charge.

        • Nightwing, awesome picz! ;-)

ThisPointer, please change the engine oil. Hard runin needs an oil change in the initial 150-200 kms.

                    • Got my servicing done today! FINALLY!!
Thanks a lot to DK bhai for shippin the filter to me!

lol, while making my job card he was writing down my complaints and things to be changed..

i mentioned "oil filter"..he was surprised and said lemme ask the manager, i dont think oil filter is changed in the 1st service..and he totally refused to believe that oil filter is indeed changed in first service until the SVC manager himself explained to him that they wern't changing filters simply cus they didnt have it and since i had brought my own, i can change!

Engine oil drained fully, the oil was glossy black but i didnt notice any suspended particles (or maybe i didnt look to closely)

10w30 oil filled in..oil filter changed..749 was the cost of the oil..

my chain was cleaned with kerosine first, motul cleaner second, compressed air next and lubed with some "diamond O-ring lube"

Hand a hadle calibration problem, fixed that

had a gap in fairing near the pillion handle bar, partially fixed that

I didnt get my bike washed though!!
the last time i went to SVC i saw the cleaning chamber...the guy who was washing a dazzler was using a torn and totally useless piece of hard fabric to clean the bikes...while he was cleaning the tank of the dazzler he accidentally dropped it and it was covered with sand...
to my horror, he picked it up and without washing it once, started cleaning the tnk again!!!

so i washed my bike myself properly before taking it for servicing!
(athough this matter was reported to the SVC manager)

and rest, had a good time with the mechs who were busy comparing yamaha and honda and how my mech did 145 on CBR and how the unicorn mechanic refused to believe and made fun of him!

And yup! pravu bhai also came in for servicing after me and we asked abt the paddock stand..the dealer checked it and said its rs 3714/-!!!!!

they said they cant order the stand now because basic spares are a priority. After the basic spares and emergency spares arrive, then only they'll place the order for stands...

I asked abt my tank and got to hear the same old dialogue "its already been dispatched and on its way!"..brrrrr!!

my total servicing cost was rs 838!!

                      TIME TO RIP A LITTLE!

gonna change my Horn and make a leather seat cover on monday!

PS: bro please post some more "MAGNIFIED" and closer images of the bike treated with synwax..i wanna set it BIG!

I got my cleaner Optimum Opti clean, the new, better and easier-to-use version of ONR (the one aargee suggested)

And yup aargee, herz my review!! ITS AWESOME MATE!! it took me just 10 mins to clean up the bike but immediately after i dint find any special gloss or anything.....i wasnt quite impressed...

i went back to my room and then after 10 mins i suddenly realised that i left the MF towel on the bike itself so went back to get it...

And there it was..SPICK AND SPAN....SHINING!!!!!!!
I dont think i need a wax is necessary!its gave me almost the same gloss as waxpol !! HAHA!

And my synwax and top coat are on their way (shud have been here by thursday..dunno wats taking so long )
Anyways, i wont be using it till i get my tank replaced!!

                              • Hey people!

just wanna know...does u bike feel like bursting when u take it to 7 RPM in 2nd gear in ur CBR??

I need some suggestion on this!

As adviced, i was trying to change gears at higher RPMs but i feel massive struggle from the bike when i climb the higher RPM ranges in the 1st and second gear...didnt have roads to try out 3rd and above cus my bike was already at 80+ in 2nd gear 6-7RPM

sorry to sound a bit noobish but is it this way in general?
