Buddy it was on stand, so without wind resistance, any body posture, tyre pressure, road condition etc(on spedo).
And no i was not present there, but i take his word as was honest with me since i purchased my bike and minor complaints, he even took the risk to ride the bike on a highway to test the speed and came out with 135 with pillion(1.5 month ago).
Now waiting for the experts for their opinions and for testing.

That was purely intentional as fairing on both the sides have been damaged.
The same kind of nuisance was done to my bike almost 4 years ago.

If possible make friends with people who bunk the college lectures and tell them to keep an eye on your bike.
      Else
any Pay & Park nearby your college would be even better.
I hate being a pillion, iff the rider is senseless.

I had complaint about the top speed also, so they tested on the stand, and said it's going 176kph on Stand.

                  • I have been following this thread religiously, have read every single page of it.....This has added a lot of value and has helped to come to a conclusion about the bike...I have booked a black STD CBR with Saphire Honda, Bangalore , but I am still thinking about the C ABS.

After all my research, I have come down to the following:

C ABS on the CBR 250 is mechanical (unlike higher end Blades, where it is electronic). The front disc operates independently, C ABS comes into picture only when you apply rear brakes hard.

Does this in any way jeopardise/limit the utility of the Combined ABS??
