You mean the 2012 Tri-color version? I'm talking about the delivery dates of the new bike.Originally posted by aargee View PostSudeep - Here in Chennai, JSP says they can deliver the bike within a week of booking. Not sure how far this is true.
They would charge you some percentage if you're using Card. I distributed my money in my 3 different bank accounts and then I did the withdrawal on a single day. And I had some cash already in hand. You'll have to do something like that.Originally posted by allajunaki View PostUnfortunately, I have already done my booking here. Lesson learnt. I will keep the cash ready, in case they call me up. Actually, getting that much of liquid cash from an ATM will be difficult (Daily limit is 20k, right?) . I hope they take Cards for making the down-payment.
My main issue is that Im leaving town on 9th March. And I will be back only by 19th evening. So either I need to get the vehicle on 8th, or on 21st.
I would prefer that they give it to me on 8th. I have been trying to tell them that. But the salesperson, his almighty, Dharmesh sir is not understanding what I have been telling him.
If the bike reaches the showroom on 7th, then They can expedite and get me the bike by 8th Evening, that is, if they want to. But with their current attitude, I highly doubt it.
If the bike reaches on 7th, there is very less chance that you'll be given it on 8th. On 8th, they might be doing the registration formalities in the RTO. But if you're lucky, you'll get it on 8th. Well, that's if the news of bike reaching on 7th is true. :P
Good luck!Sudeep P Nambiar

I dont like visiting banksOriginally posted by yellowspunk View PostYou can always use a self cheque
Well, I can distribute and withdraw. That seems to be a good option
Now, if the loan approval goes through, then I can keep the cash ready and withdraw in a moments notice.
Any idea what is the daily withdrawal limit for CitiBank ?CBR250R Black 'n' Silver

same happened with my bike also, so you can go for repaint job, if nothing is broken and just scratch are there, else go for replace, if you repaint it, it will like new only... no difference...No road is enough... No destination I search...

Gawk!! at that price, you'd better put bullbars to protect the sliderOriginally posted by allajunaki View PostI was thinking of getting frame sliders. But if the fairing is that cheap, does it make sense to go for frame sliders? ( the performance racing store charges 12k for a pair of sliders!).

For that price, you can buy the whole fairing set TWICEOriginally posted by allajunaki View PostI was thinking of getting frame sliders. But if the fairing is that cheap, does it make sense to go for frame sliders? ( the performance racing store charges 12k for a pair of sliders!).
Choice is yours!
