I paid around the same price in Chennai & they were genuine guys. Hope these guys are genuine. This should be the fair price.

By the way, how many free services?

The VAT is to show as it's mandatory in bill -- the actual product cost is divided by vat percentage & than multiplied again for billing purpose so that customer doesn't have to bear the brunt

so the value of 228 is already discounted by 14% & than later on added for billing.

Atleast this is the scene in Yamaha --dunno in honda--need to confirm
          Yes!
The MRP of the Oil Filter and Oil has the VAT included here.
MRP of Oil filter is 260. Here its shown as 228 and then later added with the 14% VAT to make it 260.
Same way, MRP for a bottle of the Engine Oil cost 504. So 1.5 ltrs cost 756. This MRP has VAT included in it.
I was just explaining the calculations in the Bill and showing that VAT and Service Tax are two different things.

Free Service just means that they won't charge you for the labour. Here what's shown under Labour charges is the consumables cost.
          There are 3 free services.

lol..u cud try making an abba stand/paddock at much much lesser than 8K

                          @aargee,

Bro,u said u wer interested in fabricating your own abba stand right??
after a little talk with PSR, i realise that each time we attach the abba stand to the bike, we have to remove that black cover on the swingarm nut.So, if you wer planning to use the abba for lubrication as well as cleaning and washing purposes (even if once every week), u gotta remove that rubber which will become loose eventually (say in 2-3 months??)

                          wats ur take on this?

But, IMO, should be done with extreme cautious. I'd rather fabricate one locally in long run.

Let's see Amlan; I'm for sure to fabricate one to spend the 6K on sth else, that's used hardly for 5-10 minutes for every 500 odd Kms. I'll talk to PSR ji & watch few more videos (not necessarily ABBA) before making one. Once I make, I'll post a detailed DIY.

It's a mix of City and Highways.
I used to get the same on my FZ! So I'm a very happy man!
