        Liked the experience.

Even I took a spin on TheStig's(thread starter) CBR250R. Did 118kmph on speedo alone and 117kmph again with him as pillion.

        Awesome bike indeed!

My only concern is it will not in a long run; you'll witness that.

@Usman - That's a wonderful piece of information you provided that accessories are available in India. I'm sure you've given a good lead for many people who seek Thai for such accessories.

Bro i am use to changing my bike's colour every 6-12 months if i have the bike with me that long so not a issue about the long run. And in the mean time if i get another nice tank pad I would consider changing this 1.
Regarding accessories I thought I could share it with my fellow XBHPians so shared it. I know the dealer personally so if any 1 here wants these I can get it for them anywhere in India.

Oh!!! I intended to say the model. There should be another model or even a brand that might lift even heavier motorcycles & I'd opt for that. Good question though

The weight capacity is limited by the cross section of the tube used....but this stand is not preferable because it supports the bike on it's underbelly....ie., the bike's engine crank case...The crank case of any engine is not made to support weight, and is mostly of Aluminum alloy.....So in my opinion it is not safe...an ABBA stand on the other hand supports the bike properly on it's weight bearing swing arm pivot area...this will also prevent the bike being inadvertently moved around or tilted, which will happen in the design shown in the link......just my thought. If you have the patience we can build the ABBA stand in Chennai or anywhere in India.

Excellent & I'm REALLY GLAD that I posted it here!!! The the most viable option for me is to buy or make the Abba stand.

                          • Hello CBR'ians!! I have become less frequent in the X so i am unable to keep a tab on this thread. Can somebody give me a general insight about the bike pertaining to the ownership experiences.

                            1-Problems/Issues reported
                            2-Mileage(City/Highway)
                            3-Top Speed
                            4-Servicing Quality/Parts Availability

It would be great if someone takes the pain to jolt down the points. Thanks in advance!!

1- Hard to say (Half the owners didnt notice any while the other half noticed minor to major issues)
                              2- company claims: 28=city 32=highway / User claims: 30=city 35=highway
3- Company claims 160/ User claims=156(needs more time and a decent stretch i think)
4- Depends wherever you are (some places good some places bad)
                              Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.
