Hi all, I'm bit constipated and might puke anytime. Just saw this link, we do not have a main stand or paddock stand at home for Lubing and cleaning our motorcycle chain. I just wanna advise you all that seriously dont try lubing and cleaning the chain at home if you do not have proper tools (Main Stand or Paddock Stand). Its dangerous if your fingers get caught in the sprocket and chain, expect them to off from everywhere. I have attached the link, please read it thoroughly, i wish the product mentioned there was available here.

I hope you also have an R15- So can you tell me what is the difference technically between a cbz-X and R15 in terms of gear shifting? By any chance are you shifting the gear with your hands?Rx is a Phoenix!!! It always rise from ashes!!

Shifting of gear depends on your requirement and Feel, and the most importantly according to my experience whenever shifting the gearOriginally posted by dpak89 View Post^He did have the maturity to learn about something that he might have missed in the past. It is a very appreciative thing.

'minimize accelerator and press the clutch to max which can make engine free to change the gear', most of the people does not minimize acceleration and then shifts the gear which makes the kit kit sound,
i realy dnt like them. My one of the friend downshifts the gear to neutral at slopes that to on high speed and when he was doing it was sounding,
" Kat Kat Kit Kit and then neutral. plz never down shit the gears to 1st or neutral when you are at high speed.
coz the engine sounds like been beaten up with hammer.
sorry for going out of the track

Deepak Paji, Koi Naa.
can anyone tell me, what is the price of the the piece which is in black colour with a white yamaha printed near the silencer that too of both sides" check the image link
has any one tried replacing it on a Sunset red R15 if yes then can i have its pic.
i have seen that combination in R125.
2nd Question---- The visor of R15 is transparent, and found few of the has made it carbon black, personaly i dnt like both of them.
what if we put, normaly called "Film" which is put on the Car windows which is commonly of dark blue colours, that would make the visor looks shine and Genuine.
What you you guys say.

Solved!
I thought it might be the reason.Originally posted by blyzee View Postmy friend had this problem of "stopping after 200ms" with some other Yamaha.
the problem was with Fuel tank.
Some small air hole was blocked on the tank which restricted fuel flow.
For a quick check, run w/o locking the tank (use the spare key if needed).
Thanks a lot Satyen, I appreciate your help! I couldn't open the rider seat that night. Took her to the SVC.Originally posted by satyenpoojary View PostShreyas, Always keep 4+ Ltrs in the tank.
After washing, ensure you dry the bike.
Do the following
Fill some more fuel in the tank
Check the fuse (Not sure on how its done in a V2. In V1 it was a box under the seat next to the battery)
Replace the fuse
Check if the battery connectors are properly mounted
Disconnect the horn
Start the bike.
It was a loose battery connection!
Stupid me!
Battery it was! He just tightened the screw and voila!Originally posted by nastrofaction View PostWell, can you check the battery terminals once.
I had a similar issue and the culprit was a damaged screw.
Anyone has tried a battery cum bulb upgrade.
Am planning upgrading to 5 amp from 3.5 and replacing 35w twins with 55w.
Any reviews ?
Thank you guys!

I refuel only after hitting reserve!...and reserve capacity being around 2 lts. should I avoid doing this and refuel sooner??Originally posted by Ivin View PostIt is recommended for all FI bikes. This is for the fuel pump to be always inserted in petrol or there is a possibility of it getting damaged ..
I second that!...I got a center stand fitted and although my friends tease me about it, I find find it worth the money!...cleaning a bike chain while its in use is the 'DUMBEST' thing a person can possibly do...Originally posted by Eshan-P180 View PostHi all, I'm bit constipated and might puke anytime.
