Hey Guys, Finally after long relationship with a Pulsar 220 i bid goodbye to it reason?? BABY R!!! so 2 days back i called the local yamaha dealer and asked whether blue was available ,they said yes so went to a yamaha dealer(only one in my city) here today and to my surprise all except white LE are out of stock so i asked them wen will the next lot come,they replied it will be 1st week of febraury because of the change in production year 2013 and alas i booked a blue one with a waiting period of one month,so i need your help guys
1.shall i go with the white LE or wait for the blue one??
2.will there be any difference in the 2012 and 2013 model?
3.and on long terms(that is paint fading etc) also which is better blue or white(looks wise)?
4.does the white LE come with a tank pad even now?

here in mangalore on road for regular: 1 lakh 31 and LIMITED EDITION: 1 lakh 35, i was asking whether difference in production models from 2012 and 2013..even if i buy LE tom , reg will be done in jan itself and thanks again for the reply

Same case with me,
it starts when i start my bike.
its the Catalyst converter which comes from exhaust.
i was also shocked with that sound for few days.
but did not get that this happens with my X-bike when it gets hot.
and in my new baby R, it gets as i start the engine in the morning to get it warm before ride.

Guys i m sorry .. i messed up certain things..! Met with an accident yesterday morning..! a staff van just without any signs came out of a petrol bunk on my way when i was at 70kmph..! I couldnt control and had to panic brake and slided towards the van and banged its side and fell down to the ground..! The fault was his since he just tilted his steering from the left side of the lane towards the right to make a uturn.. even though i was honking from 500mts before and used pass lights..! The guy was least bothered..! i was lying down on the ground with my babe shutting down her ignition through sensors .. And my kind advice to my fellow Brothers please wear helmets and proper riding gears..! when i got up from the ground i saw a big stone where my LS2 got banged and saved my life..! if it wasnt for the helmet my head would have been shatterd into pieces and i would have posted these things from HEAVEN..

MY DAMAGES : Fracture in left leg.. and it can be cured in a month..
MY BABE'S DAMAGES : one RVM one indicator and the left side near the speed console is a bit damaged..! and the van's blue paint has been imprinted on the fairing and the decals..can it be cured? what are the things i need to do? what are the things i can replace ?(the van sneaked and ran away i couldnt note down the number for my insurance) how much would it cost? please help Brothers

Condolences. Especially for that fractured leg. visual assessment of damage tells you very very little! SVC will assess all damage. As for insurance, I think it's best you report it as self accident, seeing you don't have the registration details. It'll avoid a lot of hassle for you.

Sad Indeed. Get well soon. But remember there are idiots on road, so whenever you see a diversion slow down your vehicle, 70kmph is too fast for panic braking.

Had a fall in ma Rachel ( R15 V2.0 ) last night, while driving back home.
It was drizzling for hours and during a turn an alto suddenly stopped and, a cbz riding right behind it collapsed and skid and hit my front wheel and i had to brake hard eventually made me to skid
I was just riding about 50 km/hr and i slided hard on the right side and my right leg caught underneath my Rachel and me ( I can barely stand at that moment )
Thanks to my laptop bag , empty road , it avoided multiple collisions and people around , they helped me lift my Rachel
And a BIG THANKS TO MY LS2 RED DRAGON, it hit the road and saved my head and LIFE.

After that relaxed for a while aside the road, drove directly to the nearby hospital, and attended to my injuries.
