Had a similar experience on PSD and had to change it just after 6K kms... So give a try to slime or change the tyre...
I have seen the recommendations of slime here for puncture cure, but I read it somewhere in here, XBHP, that slimes corrode the rims with longer usage. They are like temporary solution before you switch to a new tyre and holds the air till you get a replacement.

@Eshan : bhai, you can take a look at slime, but read more about it before you use it. If you are planning to change the tyre then I believe using slime should hold on for some time.

But make sure it doesn't come in contact with water/moisture. I own a V1 and I had kept mine under the seat. Over a period of time it was exposed to moisture/water and then it became hard and lost it gluey property. Was of no use thereafter and I had to throw them...

Lovely pics mate, if its possible can you please post pics of the rear end of the bike, In India we have a saree guard and kinda looks odd, just want to know how its sold there.

About the suspension noise you are telling, its normal. Your bike suspension is new and is taking its time to adapt on the tarmac. Give it sometime and it will go, dont worry. Please post some more pics of your bike.

          Hope this helps.

@Sid - No man, no slime stuff going in it. Yest I checked those punctures as I was killing time cz of rains. Out of 7 only 2 are causing problems as they are deep, the other 5 are only on the surface, removed them with my key and poured water to see if air is escaping or not, it dint. No slime stuff.

@Chiku - Thanx man, dint knew such a thing might happen to the kit. That's an awesome tip for me, appreciate that buddy.

The bike has completed 2600 Km.
Time for the second free service.(3000 Km/100 Days from sale)
Will I face any problem if I put off the service for a few more days?

And riding other bikes, now feels weird!
The riding position on this bike is too damn involving!

                  • 12k service

My bike has crossed 12k kms and its time for 5th service.

I have listed things to be done over and above the regular service as per the manual:

                    1. Replace spark plug
                    2. Replace air filter
                    3. Check and adjust valve clearance
                    4. Swingarm - lubricate with lithium-soap based grease
                    5. Steering bearings - lubricate with lithium-soap based grease

Anything else recommended to be done, like replacing brake oil, coolant, etc.?

Good going dude... You may delay only if its limit of the days and kilometer reading, if you cross that limit then chances of the warranty voiding are more.

                      1) Coolant might be replaced, not sure though
                      2) Replace Oil Filter
                      3) Replace brake pads (only if required)

These are the only things that come to my mind right now. Please upload the costs and full detail of servicing once done, would be helpful for owners in the line.

Coolant replacement is done once in two years.

As far as I have seen, unless there is a huge delay, the SVCs dont create any problem.

Yes, thats what the manual says. I just wanted to know if there are different views on this (similar to changing engine oil once before 1st service, changing brake fluid - manual says 2 years but some recommend replacement at 10k kms).

Depends on the SVC mate, i have been given both an NOC and a lapse stamp on 500Km delay in service from different dealers in the same city.
