    No vibrations at tank.
Also the bike doesnt handle well after the chain tightening.
Friends, Any guesses for the problem ?
Please recheck the air filled in tires. It should be 28 Front and 33 rear! The vibes are happening because of incorrect air pressure.

Chain related problems have only two symptoms-

    1) You can hear the chain banging on swing arm when the bike hits a pot hole or speed breaker, another situation is when downshifting.
    2) Loss of acceleration.

Doesnt handle that well, precisely my point with the air pressure.

    Hope this helps.

I've never heard of vibes due to incorrect tyre pressure.

The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.

Yup, lower the pressure and you will notice stiffness, I guess thats common in all bikes. The vibrations in his bike are mostly due to high pressure, overfilling of air. Chain tightness or looseness will not cause the bike handling to be stiff.

Other reason is of cone set being loose, but since he dint mention any of sound coming from front under extreme braking.

Based on my limited experience with bikes, tyre pressure has nothing to do with vibrations.
Low pressure makes the bike lousy, lazy & little difficult to manoeuvre; while high pressure makes the ride kind of stiff on turns.

Vibrations are caused because of the excessive feedback received from tires or by loose bolts on engine or body panels.

Yes, low pressure makes the bike lousy but difficult to maneuver I doubt that. The bike does feel a bit hard but thats exactly contradicting your second that high pressure is stiff on turns. High pressure in tires can create low slides in turns and that my friend is equally dangerous.

Correct tire pressure is the key to stop excessive feedback on the motorcycle.

Front mentioned vibrations can be by loose fairing bolts also, lets await for the query starter's response whether the vibrations are still present or not after checking with the air pressure.

High pressure = excessive feedback = stiffness..

I still don't see reason for tyre pressure causing vibrations. For vibrations, something has to be loosely/ ill fitted. Low/ high tyre pressure shall only help gauge or figure out the source/ nature of the vibrations, and or reduce/ increase the vibrations. By itself, it is not the cause for the vibes.

Waiting for the query seeking member to respond.

Me thinks the steering might be too tight/ loose, if the vibes are from the handlebar.
Otherwise, fairing Allen screws need to be tightene. Else the engine mounting bolts would be the culprit.

Can we tighten all the fairing Allen screws with provided allen keys in tool kit. Is it recommended or is it a pro task which should be done at asc only?

Yes you can tighten them through the tool kit provided with the bike. But whenever you do please tighten accoding to the mentioned torques or else you will rupture the panel nut holes.

I rode it 250 kms from Delhi to Rishikesh. I was feeling as fresh as i could. May be it was the excitment of firs ever roadtrip, may be it was the feel the bike gave me. But i remember i had a smile on my face when i was off. After staying some i again went for some ride.
2-3 hours on any ride would hurt your ass and back for sure. If you are not use to R15 posture, it would be a little painful in the starting. But you would be too busy enjoying the ride not noticing anything else.

Yes its tougher than most of other bikes around for long rides but most depends upon physical fitness, as a fit body can handle more stress. I ride it daily for 120 kms and I don't have any problem. But I will again say its a bit tougher on this one.
