        Switching over to a high capacity battery will help but will not cure the problem. The problem lies in the charging capacity of the bike. The charging capacity is inadequate for the power being consumed by the HIDs. The fact remains that if you are going to use the HIDs for prolong time even a bigger capacity battery will drain out as the rate of charging capacity is lower than the rate of discharge.

              Have you done long highways runs at night. How did it the battery perform?

              Is the power draw same for low beam and high beam?

              Does your setup have pass function? As I have heard that passing reduces life(or go kaput) of hid and does not give good output until the diode heats up to working temperature.

                yeah i checked again during the daytime, it's just steam/water-vapour as i was presuming due to very cold and foggy conditions...

                      U can get them on eBay from 50-100 bucks each depending on the type u want. Just search for T10 led.
