Ya, that is called Water Vapor, not smoke. Smoke is a sign of incomplete or improper combustion.

Phew.. Multiple sensor light was again flashing for battery trouble (using hid projector).... I haven't ride my bike since yesterday evening , and when I today evening rode it with H/L (swapping)on for almost 2hrs, then warning light started flashing until I turn off the projector , it happened especially when I come back home (rpm is below 2k in my street), its the second warning since last week...like you mentioned in your above post switching to 5amp battery is safer and reliable? Please help me dude

Yes it is safer and reliable in upgrading to 5amp battery. black asphas done this and check out his profile picture. He is running four projectors just with the change of 5amp battery.

i meant the use of the word "smoke" in the general sense of something blowing out of the exhaust...i am not 100% sure if it is steam/vapour or combustion smoke...the latter would be dark/black coloured, which should be visible in day time, but it isn't, so i suppose it's just steam..will have to check it again tomorrow during the day.

If it happens during cold starts in the morning only and devoid of a burning oil smell then its water vapour if its also there even after the engine has warmed up then its a sign of rings gone bust and oil getting sucked up into the chamber and being burnt

Thanks ghostofsparts for referring black asp. please clear my below doubts:
1. Ripping the foam out of the battery holder had created any vibration there or noise while riding in uneven surface?
2. Is battery output is stable at all RPMs (with projector on)?

Also please tell me the battery specification, brand and price details::thumbup:

First rip the foam then place a small rag then place the batt over it also try to insert some rags in the side gaps and use the strap of the battery holder no issues for last 1.5 yrs for me
As for the output the battery gets max voltage (mine tested at 14.2-14.4volts) at 5000rpm+ engine speeds so if you keep the motor at that range then no issues else in town try to run with hids off whenever sotuation allows and turn on when absolutely needed this modulating may sound rubbish but is the only option as the hid will drain batt at low speeds also replace the pilot lamps and rear number plate light with led ones 1 watt ones these may sound trivial but will save 13 watts from your quota
