My bike's rear tyre gone flat few months back. Though I got it fixed, the tyre pressure keeps getting dropped.
Now I am thinking of geting a new shoes for my bike.
Please sugest me best place to get new tyres in Bangalore. I am looking for an upgrade from MRF.
Did you get your rear tyre checked for any punctures?
You can go to JC Road to get your tyre/tyres replaced.

Never. Stay with stock. And moreover the duke tyres on R15 will only last around 10k I think. The centre of the tyre will wear out too quick.Originally posted by Arvind Sibi View PostIs upsizing worth it? Would you recommend?Ride, ride and ride.. But always do it responsibly..

I would not recommend the change. See, the Duke tyres are more roundish whereas the the tyres on R15 are slightly V-shaped. So this would certainly have some type of effect on the bikes handling.Originally posted by Arvind Sibi View PostIs upsizing worth it? Would you recommend?
Ride safe and have fun.

Re: Yamaha YZF-R15 version 2.0
Thank you. I had no idea of upsizing since I felt that the stock ones are pretty good and they do their job. I was looking for pirelli's of the same size as the stock ones but I wasn't able to find them anywhere in chennai.Originally posted by Ivin View PostNever. Stay with stock. Yes I get it. I wasn't having any idea of upsizing but that pic just made me curious, just wanted to know if it could just fit without any alterations! Thanks.Originally posted by SparKot View Post
On an another note, is everybody here carrying out the valve clearance check at every service?(as mentioned in the manual). Both the SVCs here are clueless about this thing so I don't take the risk of letting them handle the engine. In fact, is valve clearance check absolutely essential? Could anyone tell me which SVC in Mumbai/Pune is competent and reliable enough to do this procedure?
