Found this while cleaning my bike today..
Not sure whether it fell from the bike or was already lying on the ground..

Sent from my GT-I9300 using xBhp Connect mobile app
The same thing happened to me last week! Did you open up the side fairings??? Because it fell of from that carbon fiber part on the left side of the bike as i was filling up the coolant reservoir..! That bush is present over the side fairings too, One on each side. Thats how it is in my Special Edition!

I didn't opened the side fairings. I'll check under side fairings too, if if fell from there. Is it possible to fit it without opening side fairings?

Since you haven't opened the side fairings, There is no chance of it falling off since the bush is in a proper condition... Did you open up any part of your bike by the way???

I got busy with other tasks and could not reply. In between my bike was serviced but issues were there still. I changed the tyres. Since they are punctured many times. I could not get the stock tyres. So I took Michelin tyres. Rear tyre is of same spec. But the front profile got increased by 10mm. The only engine work done is at 18K, that to bore change. I use yamaha lube synthetic oil. Since 15K my bike doesn't rev much it reaches 70 and later no further growth as easily it used to previously.
No engine noise after the bore change. Throttle response is uneven. So is the clutch.
I have a question the change in the front tyre profile will have any affect on the AFR. I mean the minimum space of 20mm.
I think I have to check:
            Chain sprocket
            Tyre profile impact
            ECU check
            Clutch and throttle issues.

Could you please suggest me any other checks?
The front tyre profile will not impact so much in the bike's performance, keeping in mind that R15 can do well above 135 kmph if ridden properly.

I am surprised by one thing that you've done a bore change at only 18k. As far as I am aware bore change in R15 is normally done at 70-80k kms or more.

Minimum space for AFR should be .2 mm else the engine will struggle.

I would suggest an additional check of crankshaft.

This pack, in 2012, costed a whooping 25k.
And now in 2014, I got a price of 36k for the same from Yamaha Factory Shop, Pune.

You can go for DSG jackets or A-Stars...Some A-Star do come within 5.4k

Need to take it from his phone. Will update soon
Yeah !! The same happened with me also. The bike now feels butter smooth. Its like I have just taken the bike out of the showroom.

Everyone should specifically notice the valve clearance of .2 mm. Less than this the engine will struggle and more means tappet noise. But it is better to have a little tappet noise than the valve clearance going below .2 mm.

            Cheers
Correct. Even the Yamalube semi synthetic, that all ASCs use by default, has the same grade as 300v. So its absolutely ok to use 300v in R15.

Thought of taking it to the ASC, as its almost due for a service, but when I took the bike for a spin gain later today, everything returned back to normal. I have no idea what has happened . I am gonna ride it for this week to my college and check if the issue resurfaces.
Better let it happen once more. Then it will be easier for you to concentrate on the exact cause.

Yes. You will get both the anniversary sticker and the golden coloured Yamaha logo. Tell the ASC beforehand.

I could see only the Yamaha logo on the edge of front cowl & redesigned trademark R series twin lamp in the short clip,

Could this be the moment! Well might be

if just the screw is worn out then ask the svc for rx135 handle screw it will cost around rs 5 and its a direct fit but its silver in color if you have damaged other parts then change the cylinder assembly or else change the screw. My screw too had slipped. Then i used a screw driver with a bigger star pattern and used a hammer to place th screw driver firmly on the top of the slipped screw and tried turning it and it opened i had spare handle of my rx 135 at home with screw in it so just put the screw in place

ya the rx 135 screw is quite strong but remember one thing try opening the screw with a bigger(longer) screw driver it will be fine... usually the screw slips with a small screw driver
