This is what I meant a mid jugaad between a wire and hydraulic clutch. Definitely not a fully hydraulic clutch system.
Seen it in a couple of 220s 4 years back. Was sold as a set up by some shop in Pune.

Appreciate the video, Vijay. Not bad at all, the lever has some good play which is exactly what I wanted to see. Just wondering what was the cont involved and was the slave cylinder easily available.

          Cheers!

          The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

            Hey guys!
            Needed some suggestions!
            I own a Baby-R ver-2.0 which has clocked 19K on odo.
I am gonna put it in service.
Any things I should get replaced or checked up?
Also I want them white headlight lamps, can anyone please guide me? It's been 3 and half years and I've never had to replace battery. If I go for HID's do I have to upgrade the betty? Even if for 35w bulbs? Pardon my stupid questions but I am totally unaware of it. Haven't dug in much yet.
I've already changed the chain and sprocket set.
When I leave the handle (not for showing off of course but to check the bike balance), the bike leans and turns towards right side a little bit, what should be the problem? T-bar seems little afar on left side.
Now, my bike has never been crashed or met with an accident.
My throttler has gone very hard, any reasons for that?
Squeaking sounds coming from front disk break so gonna get 'em pads replaced.
Also, if you guys did anything important on your rides post 20k odo check, please do lemme know.

Hydraulic lines are made by myself.

Guys I have this strange issue with rear disk pads. It makes noise (chui chui types) when applied rear brakes, only when lightly applied, no noise under hard braking.

                Things I did :
                1. Got it cleaned with pressure water multiple times.
                2. Removed the pads, cleaned it with sand paper and cleaned the assembly as well.

But still the problem persists, noise is still there. There is enough life available in the pads so wanna try other solutions before changing them.

                Please help.

                  Hi All,
                  Update :-
Today I went to Mrf tyres , asked the fitment guy to check the tyre if there is any problem .
He quickly checked and said the tyre is more in use from the right side .(suspected could be due to shockers) . I asked him to re fit the tyre .
So he did the same but this time he knowingly pushed the yellow mark away from the nozzle around 1/4 from the nozzle.
The handle shake seems has been reduced drastically but still little bit is left .
Later I checked the shocker nut position in the handle bar and found that the right side shocker nut is more on the outer side then left .
Any idea what is wrong :
Is the tyre has manufacturing defect ?
Or I need to readjust the shocker in the same position and change the tyres as well?
Front tyre is approx 2000kms old .

                      Hi Raakesh
You might need to bed the brakes. Essentially a few low speed and high speed runs with hard braking without completely stopping. On the last run brake hard and press on the brake pedal really as hard as u can for a minute. Thus should align all the brake components callipers, disc, pads etc and may get rid of the noise.
                      Best regards
Ps be careful under braking ie don't skid!!!!

                        Hey guys,

I am new to Xbhp, but have been riding since 2008.I own a 2013R15 v2.0 SE and am currently looking to replace the entire fairing and the cowl. Its the Racing blue SE.Currently residing in Bangalore .Does anyone know how much it is going to cost me? If so where i should go to get it..Also I'm facing an acceleration delay. Im guessing its a tuning issue or a carbon deposition as i have never done a decarb.

PS: I checked and cleaned the filter 2 days back. Checked the cable and the play .

                        Thanks in advance.

I recently replaced the complete front fork assembly of my r15 v2 due to a crash which resulted in bent forks and the only way out of it was replacing the whole fork assembly. But even after doing it the left handlebar feels heavy. My left shoulder and hand completely pains after riding the bike..Can anyone help me out!

Are the handlebars straight? Check that.

Turn the handlebar until it locks on either side and check its clearance from the tank. if it isnt the same, one of your clip-on might be bent and might need a replacement.
