Any idea what all colours? I also got to know that price will be increased by 8K from 15-Oct deliveries. Is it true?Originally posted by rathangopir View PostI've recently booked a K200, I got a call from them yesterday saying they will be releasing new colors next week (17/10/12) .. I've heard rumors of 2 color schemes : white and orange, black and green. The first one is consistant with KTM's dress code, so it's likely but i don't know if the 2nd one has any real possibility.Bajaj Pulsar 150 : 2004-2005
Honda Dio : 2005-2012
KTM 200 Duke : 2012-
Aprilia RSV4 APRC ABS : 2014-

Sigh, would have loved a white and orange. I guess will have to get a custom paint job once I am bored of the orange and black!Originally posted by dishayu View PostI've heard rumors of 2 color schemes : white and orange, black and green. 1) Check the manual. It gives the maximum allowed length between 20 links in the chain. If longer, replace the chain.Originally posted by Ankitvile View Post1) how do i get to know the chain requires replacement??
2) Z-ring ones i saw in powerparts list, would that be a nice mod? Though would cost a lil more. But would that wear off too??
3) Would regular cleaning and servicing my chain once a week be able to increase the chain's life by a nice margin.??(i ride easy n calm...no short geared high rpm bursts or shifting down @90kph to 5th gear etc..i try to keep it under 6-7000 rpms .chain is subjected to calm driving style)
4) Does bajaj have installed few of their products on duke?? Grips and switchgears seem to be so...and i dont like them. Also i think if chain etc stuff is compiled by Bajaj. I already hate that ecu diagnostic tool of bajajs...i doubt is accuracy n working. Also i read the ecu flashing thing going on...ill try it doesnt happens on my duke.
3) Yes. Regular cleaning and lubing does increase chain and sprocket life. Whether by "nice margin" or not is subjective.
4) As far as I understand. The ECU remap (for lack of a better word) solves the problem of snatchy fuel-injection at lower rpms, making it more rideable in the city. I, for one, don't care about the claimed 6kmph top speed loss. My <insert male organ here> size remains the same.I like 'em Naked

LOL. True your size remains the same. I agree.Mine too.But Duke's? NO. Besides the 'rate of rise' has diminished a lot, at least, in the initial rpms(the foreplay region). The duke no longer feels to be on Sildenafil there. The climax comes sooner too(which I'd agree doesn't bother me save for the few instances where you want to utter a 'good' top speed numberOriginally posted by NikhilB View Post1) Check the manual. And went to SVC today for few paper work. The guy there told no duke yet had a chainset replacement even with those done with above 12000kms...so yess it would depend on maintainence and driving style.Code:https://www.instagram.com/ankit_himalayas/
