These are neoprene tubes that fit over the joint between the fork outers and inners, and help to keep dirt and debris from getting to the seals. These came from Fox | One Industries | Sidi | Oakley | Shoei | Leatt | KTM Parts | Motocross MX and if anyone has any contact with KTM coming up, please beg and plead with them to make these available here. Here's a pic that shows these on a bike:
I'd say let's bombard Bajaj Customer care with e-mails regarding these parts. Except, if some1 comes up with a place where these are available.

i mentioned it earlier....as they are used in dirt bikes...specially dirt motocross where few KTMs are used..they put these on the front inverted forks in order to avoid the dirt adhesion...which might cause problems...
infact ive been following this thread from start...ive seen people coming up with problems regarding front fork oil seeping or leakage...
      I thought this might help....

        Thats very very cheap
        Really???

That is almost as cheap as local disk pads. I recently purchased a disc pad for my CBZ and it costed me 1100 bucks.

'snatchy' or 'jerky' throttle is an artifact of early Fuel Injection systems. In its orignal and true incarnation it was impossible to get the fuelling right, no matter how sensitive you were on the throttle. Simply put, the 'smallest amount' the fuel injection could squirt in was too much, and produced a horrible on/off effect when riding at slow speeds/low RPMs.

cbr150 too has got a short stroke engine but try riding it under low revs and it will just stall ..duke is just jerking and indicating the rider that it is going to stall ..remember that our engines are idling at 1500rpm and it is necessary to keep the revs above 2000rpm while riding ..

yes hard suspension setting will stiffen up the travel but the point of max travel still remains the same .. only it now requires more wieght for similar amount of travel which took place in a softer setting ..hard setting is nice and stable ...

do warm up your engine for 2mins by idling it before you set off every morning .. it will pump up the engine oil to the necessary parts and make the machine smooth ..
dont ride the bike below 2500rpm at any gear ...

                              • My starter suddenly stopped working today!!! I had to push start the bike in 2nd gear to get it to start!!! I'm seriously worried about all these unfortunate faults that have started cropping up with my 5 month old KTM 200 DUKE ;-( I will try to find out just what went wrong when I call the SVC guys to my place tomorrow to fix this issue!!! Hope nobody else has to go through this!!!
Speed, it seems to me, provides the one genuinely modern pleasure.
