Re: KTM 200 CC Chain issue
The Chain can be cut i just cut it a week ago as i am running the 40T rear sprocket. And if the chain is almost at its end of life i would suggest getting the sprocket kit changed than cutting. Just my opinion here, as when you start cutting as the chain is getting lose it keeps going more and more lose in my experience. But there is no harm giving it a try

Endurance is the main supplier of parts to Bajaj for their Pulsar bikes .Originally posted by wallpapers123 View PostThe forks have "endurance" written on them..:P
All...regarding chain and sprocket wear, why can't you look for the conventional chain from Rolon meant for Karizma,or the P220 with "O" ring....since the link spec., is same as KTM....Royal enfield bullet also has same link spec though they are a bit big(in depth)..bigger than ZMA..When Was The Last Time,You Did Something For The First Time.

WP in collaboration with endurance is manufacturing the front forks for KTM's
There are Rolon chains available for KTM's ... Just may be me but are Rolon chain sprocket set better than what the KTM's supply sorry if this question sounds noobish..
Here is the place from Bangalore where we can get the Rolon sets for KTM's

Re: KTM 200 Duke
I guess thats the company which manufactures these suspensions. Anyways thats a brand name "endurance". That doesnt accounts for its potency i guess and so does others too here i guess. But on the other side yaah i too say that they are very potent. Considering the way ive ridden it ...extreme off roads dust and thick muddy slush...weekend rides are planned that way. But what im concerned with is if dust is the only factor responsible here for the seals going kaput. I think the Duke is good on roads...the stiff suspensions dont give us that suitable ergonomics to go off road(*although ive been taking it off roads 90% of the rides ive been in....). And same goes for the stock alloys. For me now more off roads calls for spoke rims...considering the cracks and bends ive witnessed on stock rim. Thats just an example how adventure-ish Duke200 can be on stock setup. Anyways ill be getting those sock boots to prevent dust....all i was concerned about was if thats what only causes the seal going blammo...or sudden big shocks too account for that.Originally posted by wallpapers123 View PostThe forks have "endurance" written on them..:PLast edited by Ankitvile; 09-12-2013, 09:00 PM.Code:https://www.instagram.com/ankit_himalayas/

Re: KTM 200 Duke
Guys, the "Endurance" is only a model type of the Suspension. The manufacturer is WP, a famous suspension producer in EuropeOriginally posted by Ankitvile View PostI guess thats the company which manufactures these suspensions. Its not for nothing that the suspension is one of the most expensive spare parts in our dukes

Dude endurance is not model, it's(an Indian) a company which manufactures it, under license from WP(which is owned by KTM)Originally posted by katoom View PostGuys, the "Endurance" is only a model type of the Suspension. The manufacturer is WP, a famous suspension producer in Europe

Re: KTM 200 Duke
I also so desperately wanted to go for the tail tidy kit after rains,so i checked perfomance store site n there it was lyk the price is 9k for the kit instead of 6k which was the price before so to check again i called them up n they were lyk the price of the taily tidy kit for duke 200 has gon up n now its for 9K. I think thats way too much for a tail tidy kit,so thinking of cutting the fenderOriginally posted by chinmayakar View Post
Also had a query regarding Tail Tidy from performnce store, any body has installed it yet? Thats next on the list. So list of changes include:
1. Engine Ice
2. Iridium Plug
3. Tail tidy install
4. Exhaust change & BMC filter
Yes in the above order
