Does the bike lag a bit on cold engine? If so check the fuel pump.
If not then try cleaning the exhaust.
Btw, How many kms on the odo?

Anyone using 300V in their D200?? Planning to switch to 300V in the next servicing. Been using 7100 since last 1.5 years. Would that make the engine smoother??

Well you could, but judging by personal experience castrol power1 is the better option, which one did you go for?

Ah..... In that case clean the exhaust and take the head off the block and check valve clearances. I bet you'll find your problem there.

I dont think it would make much of a difference. In D390 it doesn't do much but help it run a bit cooler, therefore I don't think there would be any appreciable difference for D200.

I was asking about the metal thing inside the tank. Once we open the fuel cap

Its to prevent the fuel filler nozzle from going inside. See the fuel pump is directly under the fuel filler hole on the tank and if fuel is allowed to be sprayed at full pressure on it or near it, it damages the fuel pump, but gradually off course. I just had mine replaced today so trust me on this. This information comes directly from ktm.

You replaced your fuel pump? What is the Total cost of fuel pump replacement?

                                Under warranty bro (damn lucky).
But FYI the fuel pump costs about 5-6k and the throttle body costs a whopping 18k INR.
