    • [QUOTE=StylishKiller;927769]The sluggishness has come only after the 1st service or it was before the service too?

The sluggishness was experienced from before.. but I very rarely used increased rpm's above 5k before first service as it was my run in period... yesterday I managed to get rpm's above 8.5k in 6th gear. Do I need to worry ?? or get it checked from ASC guys ??
      Thanks for replying

And for the right side, Ill tie a rope only during the trip, so the bag wont come inside. And Im talking about saddle bags, not normal bags.! I seriously don't mind the saree guard. IT is sometimes useful for me. The only thing I feel bad is the quality of the saree guard. I expect the quality of the CBR250R`s saree guard.Click image for larger version

Bro, your chain is too tight. The bike does get a little harsh after long rides. What speeds did you maintain?
Get the chain slack as well as the clutch lever free-play adjusted.
            Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

I varied speeds from 60 to 130 through out the ride gradually.
Please advise can I give the bike for paid service because I don't want to use the 2nd free service now as it is too early.

Why do you want to give it for service??? Bro just adjust the chain slack. From the pic itself i can say its too tight and this results in harsh ride and yes the bike will feel harsh when the engine is hot.. Let it cool down and it will be normal again.

                Cheers

It's better if you get it check in SVC, but check the following
Which fuel do you use ? If the fuel is adulterated or doubted then try to refuel it from some trusted bunk and check.
Check for the tyre pressures as well.
Check for the free play of tyres both. Both should rotate freely.

Be sure it's an issue, coz R15 and CBR 150 acts after higher rpms only. So it's better check with some other CBR 150 before pressing the panic button in SVC.

Normally We should avoid any long ride before 1000k kms/ 1st service, as bike is new and it needs some time to get tuned/set.

Always carry a chain lubrication spray with yourself while long rides and get it lubes in every 500-600kms. Else this will cost to your chain and sprockets.

Come one share your experience with the ride of about 840kms ?? from 320kms on odo??

                          2. Handling
                          3. Braking
                          4. mileage etc etc...

I would recommend it is very necessary to cover your first service kms religiously, riding less than mentioned kms and getting serviced is like a compromise.

I hope you will make an oil change now again as it's more than 1K kms(BTW what is the 1st service kms ?) and your bike will be already set/tuned to normal.

Naah bro, not needed. Simply, buy a chain lube and use it every 500 kms. Get the chain slack adjusted.

But I think you should change it again. As engine takes to set up, so 1st service is determined at particular kms.
It's nice if you do it.
