      No man! Just asking!
In fact the only reason I'm asking is because I want to know if there is any exhaust that doesn't screw up the engine of the bike in terms of mileage and performance!
Although I like the sound of that exhaust, I have a negative feeling about changing to other exhausts! I like the sound of my CBR anyway!
But just wanted to know if anyone here has had any good experiences shifting from the stock muffler to any other muffler! It's always good to be updated! That's why man!

          Stick to your original exhaust.
And this may be a subjective point of view but I've never heard any single cylinder bike (apart for the 2-strokes) with aftermarket exhausts in India sound good. They do make a lot more sound but mostly it's not pleasing to the ear and just a nuisance to the public around you. And also they usually lead to bent valves and engine seizures in some cases. You could warn your cousin if you care. He is in for some big repair bills down the line.

Thanks a lot for your advice man. I really appreciate your concern! I have decided not to change the exhaust of my bike and shall inform my cousin as well!
Once again I want to thank you for giving sufficient details...

              Hello Guys,
I am new to the forum. My cbr is one week old. Thanks for all your inputs in the forms, which helped to buy the bike very smoothly.
I am really enjoying the ride. Till now I was riding at around 5-6 k rpm and the odo is 300 km.
I am trying to increase the rpm range slowly but felt the bike is kind of struggling. Is it the normal behaviour, so little skeptical about increasing the range?

                Hi Mcabritto,

My odo reads 1600 and hence i can share my experience. Rings bw Cylinder liner and piston take some time to get in shape , say around 500 kms. My bike smoothly shifts to higher rpms(7-8 k rpm) after 800 kms.
Pamper her now and she will indulge u later.

                  Hi guys
SOME JERK hit my baby on the windscreen while it was at the metro parking or something fell from the sky and now it has cracks on it.
Does anyone know how much a new windscreen would cost or maybe i can have that tint coating on it, how much would that cost.
Also i am facing issues while shifting from day one.
                  Before 1st service
It was very hard to find the neutral
                  After 1st service
The engineer worked on it and now it was some what easier to find the neutral but another issue came into existance, sometimes the gear would jam while shifting up or down(mostly shifting down from 4th gear or 3rd gear) so i have to release the clutch and try again to make it work.
                  After 2nd service
The engineer said the chain was loose and he fixed it. Now finding the neutral is not a problem but the shifting issue is still there mostly shifting down. Also i noticed sometime shifting takes time for instance i shift up and there is a 1second time-gap till that click sound comes.
                  anybody faced this?

Hey, I just got my windscreen recently changed (not because it was broken, but because I had put a Matte black film with a sticker on the previous one that I didn't want to just remove and throw away, but I wanted the transparent one for a change! Plus the screen had got scratches on the inside).
Anyway, it cost me around 275 bucks here in Thane!

                        Hi Pirate,
I am facing gear shift issues too and for me its mostly while shifting up from 2nd and 3rd gear. My service engineer says gear takes time to sync and hence it will be sorted out soon on its own.
Two pointers he has given me -
                        1. keep ur babyblades a single hand drive, atleast till 1.5 k km
                        2. Gear shifting to be slow and forceful.

Working ok for me so far. Let me know when you find a solution.

Oem tank paint has stickers on the paint ..post which laquer coat is done on the top. so the stickers/vinyl is integrated and looks part of paint.
if they assure that they will be able to replicate the same go ahead if he is doing it for free. else try to get some goodies cash or kind...

as per my enquiry honda get paint job done from local guys. they dont have a paint shop inventory and most probably the colour wont match neither the finish.

Can someone please show where the idle screw is located on this bike? A friend recently bought this bike and doesn\'t know how to adjust it, He also doesn\'t have the manual with him either.

Since the bike has fuel injection, I don\'t think it has an idle screw..

Weird then! My R15 is also fuel injected and has an idle screw for adjusting the engine idle RPM!
