Hi guys, it's there anyone who tried or thought about changing the cbr150 chain sprocket from 428 pitch to 520 pitch? Is it possible to do that? If it's possible what should be our concern? The number of tooth or the diameter of the sprocket? I just want a o ring chain. I couldn't find a 428 pitch o-ring chain. Which is more than 126links.

Guys .. has anybody faced this issue already ..? How to fix this issue ? what is warranty for the battery .. if warranty expired how much the new battery costs ?
Get a new battery. Refer this post
I'm using the Exide XPTZ5 (4Ah) with zero problems although original battery is Exide ETZ7 (6Ah). Rahulyo is using Amaron pro biker battery 7Ah

        Hi guys,

any advise on insurance claims on our bike and the honda SVC...? experience..? precautions..?
I had a minor fall last week (coz of a damn travels cab having no RVM's, taking a sudden left without any turn indicators, on a f'in rainy day ! my bad, I got skidded and f'd up ). Thinking of driving a Rhino tank first to clear out these guys first and then drive the bike damn frustrating...

The thing is, there were visible damages to the gear level (got bent), left side fairing (got scratched), gas tank small dent (on the right - dont know how that came ) and the handle bar was out of alignment (might be the clipons too).

Apparently the left rear view mirror, turn indicators and rear cowl were intact .
I temporarily straightened the gear lever with my tools, to reach home and went to the SVC next day for insurance claim, gave the bike, registered the claim, got the estimation, and the approval on claim.

The SVC guys added an extra (unexpected) part to the damage list the front fork.
I got the estimated bills of all other guys too , they seem'd to added this part to every other insurance claimed bike there.
Are our front forks so flimsy...? really?
They also say they can't remove tank dents (its a small one - even I know how to remove - I just dont have the tools and time), and have put the whole tank for replacement (~9k).

I think that these guys do this purposely to gain quick bucks for the parts, since its going to be an insurance claim.

        Now,
It seems even the supervisor from the insurance company put the front forks for a re-check and approved all other parts.
I also called my representative at HONDA SVC and told him i need the old parts given back to me :P
any experienced advices on such issues... on how to deal with these guys ? ideas..?

I do. At 4000-5000rpm slight vibrations occur in fairing... Other than that... I feel my engine gets stressed after 8000rpm..

Question was more around whether we can fit say a unicorn heel and toe shifter to the 150R? Would help for the office commute, esp on fridays with the sneaker..

Because this bike is meant to be ridden at higher revs. It's the very nature of this engine.

                                Might be the Valve timing.
It usually gives the tak tak sound. Check to adjust your cams and valve gaps.
Hope that should do the good!
The limiter kicks in @11,500 rpm just within a second after the first shift..And, that's where the fun begins !! ;)
