I love its hassle free handling whether on the open road or bumper to bumper traffic..
I think this duration is very painful for u as u r only able to put 150kms on odo and ur 1st service is miles away. Its like u r newly married and cant go on a honeymoon!!!!!!

I had some tough time, getting the work done, it was queer enough to note that HMSI did not bother to respond to my repeated mails, however they did take up the matter with the dealer directly. I do have a word of appreciation for the dealer Saphire Honda though, they were courteous enough to take up the issue proactively and got it resolved after some negligible delay. The service manager Mr. Hussain, did his best, and had the problem resolved, also the proprietor of Saphire Honda, apologized for all the problem that i had to face, and assured of proper service, which will really go a long way in reinforcing my confidence in Honda's service support. It has been 4 days since i have got the bike, and it has been performing pretty well now. Also i got the first service done and hence tried touching the 8K limit on the RPM meter, and observe that as stated in many posts above the characteristics of the bike completely change after crossing the 6K mark, it changes from the just another bike feel to that of a rocket on wheels . Also the only similarities between the unicorn and the baby fireblade, is that both are from Honda, and both have a 150cc displacement, else the baby fireblade, is a class apart. I can vouch for this as i own both the bikes.

Hello . Even my R15 V2.0 have not registered yet ! But still , i completed 515 km's on ODO . I 90% used to drive inside city and 10% on highways . I have been caught '2' times by group of traffic police ( Every time i take her for a ride , i used to reset trip meter and the most funniest part is i had been caught by the same group of police . First time , My trip 1 showed 45 km's ( those police said " Saar Register your bike within 50 km's or otherwise you will have to pay a spot fine of 2500 bucks . Second time , My trip 1 showed 9 km's on ODO . They din't know its me , as i was wearing full face racing helmet . After i removed my helmet , they let me go) My suggestion - Do this process and start enjoying your ride with your little monster !!

        Sorry for OT mods !

        • Today I got a call from KUN Honda in Adyar. They said the bike will come in 8 days, but they want me to pay in 3 days. I insisted them that I will pay after I see the bike. The showroom guy is saying me to pay the money and He will change any parts if its damaged before delivery. Already there is a orange color CBR 150 but he says its for TD. My Dad is saying that he will never pay unless he sees the bike. Im really confused.

My suggestion ! Listen to your Dad . Do not pay single bucks for the bike now . Wait for 10 days , when your bike comes to the showroom check for any damages and carefully inspect your bike and then pay the money . The dealer is asking you to pay the money in 3 days because , he is worried that if the waiting period may change your mind and if you just for any other bike means , the dealer will be totally upset . So be patient for 10 days .

Ya im going to wait for the bike to come. The showroom guy also said that it will take a week to register the bike. Is it true? I registered all my previous vehicles in 2 days. And another question, if we pay the money, can we take the bike before registration? And I dont want the showroom guys taking my bike to the registration office. I saw two guys taking new bikes(I think its Shine) from showroom.Gosh! They were totally maniacs. They pushed the bike to higher revs always.

Nope not a week.. Only on Tuesday n Thursday registration is done..So choose monday/wednesday for delivery it will be easy for you..Better take the bike without registration, you have to sign a form for it.Make sure you drive it safely to your home ..

I have a question bro--> you are paying NET cash or on Loan?

I once rode my friends fazer back to back with my r15 and felt marginal difference in power.

though top speeds and high speed cruising capabilities of both bikes are much higher than other 150cc bikes.

Buddy i need a bike for commuting purpose with a little bit nice looks and power too. My last bike , GT 650R, was crap in commuting, terrible in handling and was good only for looks. I sold it after 5 months of purchase, and story about that you will get on link below:

I may have cleared your doubts, its better to take a TD(without pillion) before you decide.. If it satisfies your requirement, goahead I never took a TD, cause i was confident it will fullfill my reqiurement and Honda didnt disappoint me at all..

I asked it, cause if you are buying in loan you have pay the initial payment a week before, for loan processing(hope you know this). You should talk with the delear again, dont call him,go to showroom.. ask him why you want to pay in 3 days??..You can see the bike, inspect for scratches and then pay the amount ..

                            • I finally got my bike registered.. I loved the way it handles...
The balance in high speeds is awesome.. I managed to touch
100 in 5th gear.. Then again with my frnd at the saddle and me
on the pillion we touched 125 kmph.. The revs went as high as
10000 rpm... But no vibration no undue noise..
