One can't help it much now.. hoping that the ride experience is good enough to justify the price tag.

    • Relax Sudhir, comparisons cannot be avoided completely (it's practically impossible) but obviously they should be done in a healthy manner.

Anyways, looks like the owners are really busy enjoying the motorcycle, let's hope so...but please keep us updated of your experiences

After knowing abt the downsides of the bike(the switchgear) by some posts here, Im little bit taken aback from buying the bike. But im holding on bcoz of the bike`s seating position(its the main plus for me than the R15).

The switchgear should have been good and close to R15. My god who designed the switchgear for this bike? Shouldnt they know that they are deisgning for a sports bike!! Even Unicorn Dazzler`s switchgear is good.

to use my bike because of that.. He says once the papers are sent after
that it will take 20 days more..

                • @everyone.. Why is everyone so mad with the switch gears..

Nobody wants to know about the performance of this bike..

I mean at the end of the day u dont spend ur time looking
                  at switchgear..

If the bike gives u pleasure while riding then to hell with switchgear

So, I think we should talk more about the way the bike behaves..

I would like to hear more from fellow owners and of course like
to answer any questions directed at me.

                      ...direct questions:

                      1. How many kms you have covered so far?

                      2. How's the overall handling? It includes tight traffic and high speed handling (this is valid if you finished running in your motorcycle).

                      3. Assuming that you have spent pretty good amount of time with your motorcycle, how's the overall comfort? Have you taken a pillion along, how do they feel?

                      4. If you have finished running in/done with first service, how are you finding the performance now? Please do let us know how does the torque feels in day to day riding.

                      5. I don't care if the switch gear is similar to Stunner, if the quality's good then I guess there shouldn't be anything to complain. How are you finding the quality of different parts after using the motorcycle?

                      ...

+1 to you ,and these things like switch gear does not matter when u r in love with the bike and when it gives u a great riding pleasure.

Thanks man for asking real questions havent had many asked since i started this thread.

                          1. not many coz I havent got registration done My odo says 60 km

                          2. High speed handling is not tested coz Its in Run in. However, since the roads near where i live is very congested so, I can tell you unlike my suspicions.. It behaves well in city traffic no issues with acceleration even
at low revs as I m keeping watch on the revs as part of run in precautions.

Handling is one of the pluses of this bike..

                          3. Again I havent spent much time on the roads coz as i mentioned I haven't got the registration yet.. But, since Kolkata roads are quite nasty and I have pillion with me most of the times.. The seats are quite comfortable especially the pillion seat is better than I had expected.

                          4. No havent done my first service yet.

                          5. I havent got anything to complain with the quality of materials though it could have been a lil more premium esp. the switchgear

Overall I m quite satisfied.. It is a eager motorcycle even in traffic..

Its got enough power as u can feel from the throttle even though I havent been able to explore much on that front..

I hope I have answered your questions.. Let me know if u need any clarifications

                          • Thanks catchdebanjan, appreciate your quick response. It's a pitty that you still are waiting for your motorcycle to get registered. Have the showroom given you a temp number to use till then?

No I havent got a temporary number.. So, I cant go for long rides and all that Its shitty that those guys quickly delivered the bike but, Honda is not quick enough to inform local RTO.

                              • Hmm, that's weird. A temp number is usually given so that the vehicle can be ridden in this situation.
