Bro i confussed with carb tuning .. Can you tell me whats the factory setting or how many turns i need to open..
I read your old post but i am not getting the ideal setting.

To set your idle air fuel mixture ratio, you need to warm your engine up atleast for 10 mins on idle or if you take it for a small ride will be good.
After your engine is warm, look at your idling speed then try adjusting the air screw. Open it or close it to obtain maximum idling speed. Place the screw driver in the air screw and look at the tacometer
If you open it and the speed increases then your right on track but if you open it and the speed becomes less close the air screw till you get maximum rpm by ear or on the taco meter
If your new at this please look at the taco meter
After setting it look at the rpm on the taco meter and set idle speed to 1400rpm by adjusting the plastic screw on the right side and set the air screw again because after you adjust the idle speed the idling mixture also changes for that particular speed
Donot use the air screw to adjust the speed of the engine. You must obtain maximum possible speed with the air screw and also make sure that it idles stably. You can listen to the exhause sound to get it to idle stably or feel the vibrations or put your ear to the tank and listen to the engine. Any way you feel is best.Donot set your final idle speed lower than 1300rpm as the ns has a short stroke and high compression ratio and can damage your bearings faster.

Please donot adjust the idle speed to a higher rpm and try to adjust the air screw and then bring it back to normal idle speed.
Your setting will be totally lean at correct idle speed and your bike might knock when you trottle to fast since the ns has high compression ratio and the company has set it rich enough to overcome knocking.
Also note that since our engine is an oversquare engine it doesnt have much low down torque. You may get better low down torque if you keep the optimum idle mixture. Setting it slightly richer might also help to improve torque. Donot worry if your setting keeps changing. Its normal with the ns. Donot get tempted to set it again and again. Turning the air screw too much may damage the 'o' ring.
but you will know how awesome it feels when your bike is idling perfectly stable. Its music to your ear and the bike performs much better at lower rpm and incase your setting was way off before it will also improve your mixture at higher rpm slightly as the idling circuit helps the main fuel circuit.

I donot believe in checking the CO level while adjusting the carb. If your setting is correct your CO level will always be within the limit.
If you have a vacuum gauge it would be awesome

If theres no smoke from the exhause then oil is definitely not burning in your engine so it is definitely valve cover gasket failure. When you opened the plug the oil went onto the threads. Reason for valve cover gasjet failure can be due to too much pressure in crank case. You can check the same by starting the bike and opening the oil filler cap. If you see smoke coming from the oil filler hole then there is too much blow by gas from your piston rings but doesnt mean oil will leak through your rings and enter the combustion chamber. If there is too much blow by gas then the engine cannot take back enough gas fast enough so pressure remains in the crank case searching for ways to leak out. Try to accelerate a little while oil filler hole open to check for blow by gas. If there is very little blow by gas then donot worry about it. Just change your valve cover gasket and it will be fine

I know this carb tuning process but some point you mention is new to me and very informative thanx to reply me
Regarding plugs i ask a friend of mine a local mechanic he said champ plugs "yeh toh hum 100cc bike me bhi nahi use krte" and he was right then he gave me ngk normal plugs work far better than champs in fact when he was replacing my plugs he test my old plugs. RHS plug is all most dead and LHS plug is weak. Funny part is my bike service a week ago. Lol

I tried it this morning. There was enough colorless gas coming out of the filler hole to throw out tiny droplets of oil. I could feel the gas upto 1 foot away from the hole. So if this is in excess, what's the solution?
Also I removed this little bolt before the catcon. It showed the exact same color as the electrodes of the spark plug but as you can see there are no oil deposits so oil is not burning right?

Try this one during day light, start your bike and give her full throttle. Then closely look to your silencer what color of smoke he releasing.

Buddy what oil do you use?
I have used an fs oil that left me with oil on the spark plug threads.... I kept searching for the culprit... valve cover oil seals, piston issues everything.... but everything was ok.... shifted to mineral or semi synthetic during summer and voila.... spark plug threads were clean.... conclusion I could think of was the oil was vaporizing and collecting in the threads....
Give it a shot,.. maybe it might solve your issue.
This was on a p150 classic and its very different from your ride, but I suppose the fundamentals are same. Give it a shot.

Pulsar 220 has projector light advantage and good protection from wind when ridden 100+kmph over pulsar 200ns.but pulsar 200ns has far away ehrn we compare it to 220 in every aspect.i think u should consider honda cbr 250 or wait for 3 months many 250 bikes are coming

If the gas is colourless then its totally alright. If its white then its a problem. If you have blue or whitish smoke coming from your exhaust then oil is burning but as you said in your previous posts that there isnt any coloured exhaust smoke so its just a normal tappet cover gasket problem
