One correction, duke 200's rear is of 150 section.

    Ride safe and have fun.

Hae a look at the dukes 200s rear tyre same except the 140 section and you have the ceat dhoom 3 tyre.
Id go with the 130 r15 v2 tyre

      divyansh....
Nice suggestion bro but my needs are punctures and i had read in previous pages of thread that mrf tyre is not puncture prone as its a soft tyre

Hard compound=slippery but less puncture prone.
Soft compound=good grip but comparatively less resistant to punctures.

Just get R15 V2's rear tire and call it a day.
        I am back!

          Also,
The ns engine is a highly stressed motor and is making quite a lot of power for its size from the factory itself, any modifications simply are stressing it towards parts breaking down... now head polishing dosent do any harm as such and joel sir is the desi side of chip foose but still, id stay away from modifications. Ns owners plese dont be angry.

          divyansh....
I guess you're correct about the already stressed motor from factory part, but honestly as an owner I should mention here that it's a really strong engine by Bajaj man. I feel almost on par with R15, Duke & CBRs. Absolutely stable in it's stock condition, can easily handle performance upgrade mods if done correctly. Bikers in Columbia and Indonesia are fitting FFE and doing so much to their NS blindly.. and their machines appear to be trouble free yet, could be their performance mods are well tested & done the right way.
Mine's stock however, 15000 Kms on the ODO and as I've always said here, I've redlined it so very much, mostly in lower gears.. right till 10,800 rpm unnecessarily just for the fun of it.. top speed runs, repeated 0-60 runs on redlights. also done alot of stunting session privately, Still no complains from my NS, no drop in power, thankfully. what a machine I love it!

            Hi guyz
Yesterday on a 0 traffic road did a speedo indicated 144 kmph while fully crouched position.
Earlier my bike struggled to pass 130 due to upright position but yesterday while fully resting on tank it hit 135 easily and 144 in a little more time .

            Such a great bike

Seriously against repair of bent forks...
Many a times even after repairs you might face leaking oil seals etc. Spare yourself the ordeal, save money and get new ones brother, not worth it imo.

Moderators obviously. Coz no matter what your intentions were, their intentions are to keep the thread strictly related to 200NS only.

Yes I know mods did that, but posting a pic of successor to our bike, I don't think that's OT as compared to a lot of sh%%T other people do at many respective threads.

According to the manual the frst service should be done in around 30 days with a run of 500-750 kms... I dun think ill be able to complete that run in next 15 days... Any suggestions plz??? Make sure you ride at least 300 kilometers by then and use Motul 5100 (Yeah, semi-synthetic) 15w50 engine oil.

The manual means 30 days OR 500 KMs, whichever occurs earlier. Kindly use the search feature in thread to learn more about engine oils.
