          gone are those EUROGRIP tyres....
The latest batch of 200ns have mrf nylongrip zapper tyres.....looks very good and softer in compound...
          THIS FINALLY MAKES 200ns COMPLETE...

Can anyone provide a better picture of the Front Tyre (Front View/Side View)

I am unable to find details of Zapper FY on the net

Also from the picture it seems like the tyre is installed in the wrong direction. Tread marking seems to be in the opp direction. Is this is rear Tyre installed on front?

The bike is definitely complete now, no more euroslips,
I remember going after some corners recently heres what it felt like-
Chassis - cmon is that all u got!!
Tyres - u sure u wanna do this.
            Chassis - go for it!!
Tyres- try nd lean more than that nd i will kill you.
Tyres- u brake hard nd i will kill you
Tyres- u try panic braking....ahh this getting a bit boring.

i am too going to switch to michelin pilot street radials once i have enuf moolah,

            I wish bajaj does something about the exhaust as well, the low rev sound is not all that great { exhaust from ss maybe }

After a long time i am posting on this thread. My bike completed 26000km on september 5 2014. couldn't ride for few months last year due to an accident. and now to refresh the bike I changed the theme from the stock yellow colour. I airbrushed it myself and also installed bixenon HID projector with 55w ballast. now the night rides have become more enjoyable.

The only thing I regret with the bike is the bad/worst service. the mechanic is an a***hole. thanks to the modification I took on, I learned a few things to do by myself, like removing the wheels removing all the panels, how to access the air filter and also have reduced the rattling noises to almost nil(except for the rear seat lock noise when the compartment is empty)

Nice Paint work.. looks really cool and unique...

btw how much did it cost you for that Square Projector?
And also whats the bulb temp?

4300k bulb AES H1C projector costs around 7000. I upgraded to 55watt ballast

My chain is getting loose frequently . Last day morning I had went to svc and tightened it ! But now it's been loose again ....
I have done 6300 on odo.
Is this because of chain sprocket ?

How did you notice that its getting loose ? If its making a lot of noise, it could be due to lack of chain lube

Sometimes or somedays the bike feels really harsh , vibrates a lot, any idea why ? Sometimes its butter smooth. Can't think of an explanation

It's kind of something .I'm my case ,when the bike is first started, revved and first gear is put into its slot ,the bike decides how the rest of journey is going to be ,if first gear shift is smooth ,it's going to be smooth all the day ,if it's avg, then shifts will be avg all day .it's strange thing though.

On th first start of the day, start it with choke, it will rev at about 4k revs, let it be for about 30 secs, now shut off the choke nd let engine run at idle revs for about a couple mins while you clean the bike.
Trst me it will be smooth as silk, works for me everytime...
No rocket science here, its just that engine needs to. Be warmed up a lil bit.
And yes go easy on her for first few kms as well, this ensures good performance nd engine longevity...

What about the guy who has to go only 600m-1 km .? This whole exercise is futile in my case .

Well for the first start of the day u shud do this if u love ur bike,

but if u think its not futile in ur case then a not so smooth ride shud not be a problem as well.

U take care of ur ride, ride takes care of u....this applies for 4 wheelers as well...
