That's utter crap.. tell them to get lostOriginally posted by PetrolH3ad View PostThat is where this all began. They won't sell unless i let them fit it there only.
irratic bajaj svc ppl everywhere
Make a customer complaint against that svc...
Try sourcing it from another dealer then mate..
By the way you can use motul since motul is preferred by bal for use in ninja and they stock motul.. there is no issue in changing the oil brand or having them to change it..

I'll have to try with another dealer though he's located at the other side of the city. :P
Ninjas and the dukes have completely different svcs here so no motul at bajaj[emoji58]

Try to maintain a spare oil filter and a 2 cans of engine oil for saving the double
trip
Its weird in my case customer care has always been helpful..
If not for them i would have to pay for damaged rear disc plate which i got during delivery...
Showroom guys weren't supporting me at all at beginning but after one complain they started treating me right and has been until now..
Luckily i caught hold of a known mechanic inside but sadly he left the job

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
You can buy the oil filter from any spare parts shop. Always change the oil filter when you change the oil otherwise engine will remain harsh. Bajaj guys will not let you use Moutul so ask a local mechanic to do that.Well in my opinion you should use 5100 15w50 as your engine is new. I am using it and it is good.Originally posted by PetrolH3ad View PostYes that's the plan.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Please re-upload the images of the circuitry and such. Cheers.Originally posted by vivek7593 View PostYou can use it but wont work properly as like on duke because duke has led indicators where as ns has ordinary blubs so that product won't work properly..
I did hazard light setup myself takes on 10 mins, a toggle switch, soldering iron, solder, insulation tape, a small pipe (to hide the wires..) and patience
I am attaching a pic of circuit or how to rewire..

This how i did it.. no problems with load or the flasher..
For more better understanding

Here's how it will look

And the sleeve that's near key hole has the wires gone from the Indicator switch to the toggle switch..

Oil filter costs 74₹ including all taxes. You're being looted, try to see the genuine ₹ value of pack.Originally posted by vivek7593 View PostMate you can purchase one from spare parts store.. Costs about 82 rs.. and then give him to change..

They cannot deny to sell you filter. Its against consumer rules, drop a mail to bajaj and see the magic.Originally posted by PetrolH3ad View PostThat is where this all began. They won't sell unless i let them fit it there only.
And guys, today I got to know why my friend advised me to buy maximum horses under my buck. As we all feel, when some time lapses, New products tend to come in with more features/design which taunts us and makes our existing machine less desirable. But still in sub 1 lakh, even with launch of new fzs and fazrs, zmr, gixxer and what not, my ns still beats them in almost all segments. A little throttle and still, after 2 years of launch all of them, including bikes in sub 1.50L₹ range, just vanishes from the rear view mirror.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Is there any decrease in acceleration of Ns if I change stock 130 eurogrip tyre to 140 size of any other brand ? Do bigger tyre affect perfomance ? I'm planning to go for Continental ! Can't afford Michellin right now !!

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
The acceleration would increase with a fatter tyre because the surface area is more and so it is able to gain traction quicker. On the other hand, the top speed might decrease a bit. Mileage will definitely decrease. Cornering would improve.Originally posted by NakedWolfer View PostIs there any decrease in acceleration of Ns if I change stock 130 eurogrip tyre to 140 size of any other brand ? ContiGo, is a horrible tyre in my opinion. If you can't afford a Michelin Pilot Street right now, you can go for Michelin Pilot Sporty which is about 3400 for the rear and about 1800 for the front. You may even think of an MRF.
