Not much of a problem except the tappets are a required must to be tightened after every 15-20k kms. Mileage tends to drop if not serviced. I have always used Motul so there wasn't any issues in performance drop as I kept a note of the engine oil changes. My clutch plates were replaced at around 50,000-ish kms. Front and Rear shocks were beyond repairable conditions due to constant abuse where I a the culprit.
The disk plates tend to catch the dust pretty easily in monsoons and on further abusing, it bends. Ping me on FB if you require more info. Ride safe..

ContiGo, is a horrible tyre in my opinion. If you can't afford a Michelin Pilot Street right now, you can go for Michelin Pilot Sporty which is about 3400 for the rear and about 1800 for the front. You may even think of an MRF.
Michelin Pilot Sporty for 3400 ? Are you sure ? Correct me if i am wrong but as far as i know it is 120/80 which is in this price range and 130/70 is priced at 5500.
        I am loving my NS

You're talking about Pilot Street. Pilot sporty is cheap.

Using Revz-S, costs around 3000 only. Amazing grip on dry, absolutely trustable under braking... I'm surprised how much I can lean this bike now.. to the max.
Wet grip no way as good as Pilot street "radial". No grip on Sand and gravel.

The main problem is part that is connecting the needle and to the base where rpm is measured develops some play..

The circled part is what i am talking about..
I put drop of fevi quick to stop it moving..
If you can try it out and confirm the same..

People who are looking for Stock Replacement Tyre, Just go with MRF Revz-s ( R15 v2 stock tyre )

My bike has done 16.5k km in total, in that revz-s covered 14k km.. Zero Puncture till date...

It Improved handling, braking and also corners as well... Worth the investment...

Just go for it, you guys wont regret..

i do ride 40~60km a day, under hard braking Wheel tends to lock up but no skid or fish tail...
with rear hugger removed, it adds new style to our bike...

What I want is that better grip on wet & best for cornering. Which is best R15 stock tyre (Rev z) or Cbr 250 stock (continental contigo 140 ) ?

wet grip ? only michelin pilot street radial. Go for 140/70 instead of 130/70 for rear. change both front n rear to michelin radial series.

There are vibrating noises from the accelerator when it is given a bit of throttle...
                              It is irritating.
The mechanics at bajaj couldn't find out the problem and asked me to ignore..

The other problem which is getting a cause of concern...
                              The engine noises.
The voice of the bike isn't the same as it was

                              .
My brother bought a new pulsar 200ns. And it sounds way smooth...
                              Is it an engine problem?
                              How can i solve it?
Oil change or the engine needs to be opened??
