Can any experts help me? Is this looking right? Or is there some problem with the AFR according to you?

Also, does the other end of the spark plug have anything to do with the performance? I noticed my threads have been slightly damaged.

Lastly, is this even the right model for the NS? If this is wrong, please tell me the model number which is correct for the bike.
You are using a plug of a lower heat range thats why they will turn black
Its not a fault of your AFR.
The shop keepers think that champion and ngk heat range is characterised by the same numbers but they are not. You can tell by looking at the plugs
Ask for a Ngk plug for a unicorn. Its the same heat range as the original plugs of the NS.

Really small in size but have nice tone.
A picture of your setup would be nice, I'm hearing about those horns for the first time.
Balgi I'll see if it is viable to fit two Vibro Minis, maybe make some clamps. Anyway, I'll keep you updated regarding this.

For louder horns on your duke, you can get the pulsar 220 dual horns, unless you are very specific on using the vibro mini. the banjara ktm guys were doing this on a d200 and they said it wont void warranty. the price quoted was approx 500.

I did inquire about those horns and now it seems I have no choice but to go for it. I don't like modifying my bike and I don't like removing any of the original setup even more. But it seems very few people in this city who are willing to do a proper double horn with switch for the duke.

I get vibration on seat when around 4k rpm.
Have done 1289 kms on it so i am pusing it a bit more.Took it 80kmph yesterday.
I feel bike performa really great at high rpm but it pulls really weak while riding at low rpm.

I feel like its pickup is lower than my fz16 while riding in traffic and at low rpm.
Does it improve after completing breakin ?

Or is it just not right bike for city?

for pulling you will have to stay always above 4000 rpm else the pulling feel isnt really felt.. and yes things go way smoother for me as well above 6000rpm as compared to low rpms .. at low rpms buzz is felt at various places .. in fz pickup might be at lower rpm but as rpm increase the acceleration becomes less sharpened which is exactly opposite in the ns .. so wait until 2000kms ride within specific speed at specific rpm and slightly change the way you ride .. things will get better ..

Fixed one on default place and other on lower radiator mount.
Don't need any wire cutting as came with two pins which needed to be connected to default horn wires.
