Buddy anything is possible in this world. we can have 180 size tyre on 200 NS if we want just saying..

there are people who go to extreme levels he would have cut the plastic so that it gives space for exhaust pipe.

As i already mentioned it could be direct fit since the bottom of Duke and NS are same but exhaust pipe is the one standing between

I tried to google but no use. can you search some clear pictures of people using KTM hand guard and engine guard on NS and post here?

It would give some idea for people. If its possible even i am interested to buy those accessories.

India is the place where NS is manufactured and most NS are running here only but we dont have any accessories apart from center stand

See this link http://cxrider.com/2013/03/16/firepa...-doyan-turing/ or search google with 200 NS fireparts.

other small countries with lesser number NS running there, having so many after market accessories.

      Hey folks,

My NS is now almost 25k km old in over 2.5yrs. I want to change the stock tires for good now. They seem alright, but I am quite fed up with them now. Recently I sliped for nth time and hurt my knee pretty bad. So I am on hunt for new tires. I was thnking of giving a try to 150/60 size tire. Many owners have already tried it I know. But I couldn't see anything other that MRF Revz-C (duke-200 stock I guess) in 150/60. I don't know but the MRF Revz' threads do not give me a good feeling otherwise it seems like a decent tire. I would love to give a try to Michelin. Anyone knows Where can I find Michelin tire with 150/60 size in Bangalore and expected price??

After more than 2.5yrs, my NS is showing its age. Its no more fun riding in Bangalore traffic. Very poor power at lower end and too much noise. And suspensions have become really hard. I don't know why. I guess some other owners also have faced stiff rear suspensions. Any remedy for this, overhauling etc??

      Appreciate any help. Thanks.
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I--
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference...

Hi all nsians. My bike is almost a year old now and clocked only 9500 kms. I want to know how it's behaving in city traffic. I feel clutch is very hard and acceleration is very harsh under 4000 rpm. I'm servicing her regularly and using motul 7100. Any suggestion to improve the comfort and riding tips in city traffic. I'm in bangalore.

Motul 7100 will make you feel that your ride is harsh .. For smoothness stick to 5100 ..

My bike has done approx 3k kms and 4 months old.. Still using Bajaj oil but don't feel anything wrong with it.. Should I change the oil to Motul in next service or continue with Bajaj unless it starts troubling..

              Its up to you bro
Bajaj oil has troubled most of people .. But there are people who have used it for 25000 kms and still no problem ..
Thing is if you change bajaj oil within 1500 kms then its ok ..
The oil simply loses its viscosity and becomes like thin like water while on the other hand motul 7100 that i use still has some life left after covering 4000 kms ..
At beginning the 7100 ( or previous castrol power 1 racing ) feels harsh but after a short run the engine finds a whole new level ..it becomes more rev happy at same time remains clam and silent which i didnt find in bajaj oil ..

Same here, about ~3k+ KMs, baja oil. Bike is as smooth as it was earlier, not much of vibes.... That puts me into a doubt, should we really need to change to motul after second service?.

I am also using bajaj oil past 18k km Faces no problem. Its not a bad oil but if you switch toh fully synthetic oil then obviously better than stock in any bike.
Bajaj oil weak easily when revvz hard and not good for long drives otherwise its value for money just like Ns.

Just completed 1250 kms on my 2 month old bike and changed to Motul 5100. It is a step change in terms of smoothness and acceleration .... Damn It Feels Good To Be A Gangsta

Dun't know bro. but I've heard it improves the quick responsiveness of throttle.

Its mostly depend on your stock plugs, If they are weak than you feel the difference Otherwise NGK Doesnt have any advantage on stock condition.
Best thing go for NGK normal plugs rather than iridium ix.

I guess only slave plugs are available in iridium. For Master Plug only Bosch is available.

I have owned three Rousers, 220, 180, and now the 200 NS. The 200 NS import to the Philippines has this device that to my eye looks like a pressure equalization valve between the intake manifold and the airbox, I also noticed it is not on the native Indian 200 NS, at least pictures I have seen. It is stamped with UCAL which tells me it has something to do with the Carb, it has no electronics or wires connected to it. So my only assumption that it some how augments the constant velocity carb for either fuel consumption or performance reasons. Does anyone know what it is precisely?
Looks like an EGR valve. Reduces emissions. Just check if it is also connected to the exhaust.
