The older lots had 115. The newer ones have 117.5.

I remember reading it somewhere, Jan '14 is more than a year ago. Anyway, maybe someone else can shed light on this as well.

I can confirm mine has 117.5 after dis assembling bike, I purchased it one month ago in the Philippines, my first guess was that they increased the jet size to coincide with the addition of the EGI device added in the Philippine models.

Bike can redline without any problem in 1,2,3and 4th gear

the missing starts in 5th gear @ 5k rpm till 7k rpm

missing is felt the most in 6th gear between 5.5k - 7k rpm range

just cant maintain a cruise rpm (5-7 k rpm) in 6th gear without missing

hope I've answered your query...how can I diagnose the root cause further..shall i ride in a select pattern or something to zero in on the issue??
There is a connector with 3 wires on the left side of your carb. I think it is plugged into something called TPS I removed the connector and I got the same problem as yours. Now what do you figure out?

I dont understand .. On stock condition how bike manage to incorporate 117.5 main jet. If its possible the 200ns surely Run lean in high range torque.

my afr is 2 turns open from fully closed position.
turn the handle bars from side to side and see if throttle engages...if it does then its a simple fault where the throttle cable has come off from its channel...10 min fix...nothing to do with AFR screw
