Coolant refilled, rear disc plate changed, engine oil (bajaj) and engine oil filter changed.

Took delivery did a test ride *alone* all seemed ok.
Later on tuesday a friend was sitting behind.
I started having trouble making the bike go forward.
    Frequent engine off while running.
    Lots of vibration.
Not able to reach speed of even 70kmph at top gear.
Feeling like engine is applying break.
Gets from 70kmph to 40 in 100 meters stretch without applying brake or revving.
Holding clutch takes it to 60kmph in 100mtrs.
Rpm needle is vibrating like Shit.
Footrest and right side handle bar are vibrating like crazy.
    Lots of misfiring happening.
Engine goes off during me trying to overtake.
Even a splendor was overtaking me whereas I was giving in full pressure but not able to cope up.
In sort having a tough time riding.
Went in back to them on Wednesday and they 're did all the work but to no vain.
Still the issues. Said the manager I will be shooting mail to bajaj and calling and complain about the issue.
They called me in today but I wasn't free to go.
Any idea guys what could have caused my bike to go so bad ...

I believe SVC messed up the carb tuning. Same thing happened to me on my previous P180 at Khivraj.

Also check out - if the chain is too tight and the air filter area if anything is obstructing the air flow (eg -cloth etc).

As we know now RS200 has Steel Braided lines, I think that will be the best fit than P220 ones.

That might not be a best fit because in rs200 we have abs, so that line goes into the abs unit first then into the the caliper moreover rs200 non abs model does not come with steel braided lines.

220 ones are good fit, am using those steel braided lines from last two years.

Have you got the work done from the SVC?
Have you installed Steel braided lines on both the Front and Rear brakes?

Yes I got it done from svc only. Reason was they said that they will allow me to return it back if it doesn't fit. Next I have only installed the front ones. For rear ones you can go for duke. I had plans to change the rear ones but life changed after college and I forgot.

BTW since I got it done during paid service, they did not charge extra for its installation (or they forgot ).

My ns is 5 months and 8K old, changed to motul 15w20 at Second service. I didn't do any top up of engine oil since then, oil is between min and Max.
Coolant level is also good, never been toped up since I bought it.
Recently my handle bar is making tak tak noise when I turn it and during breaking.
And I think heat from the engine is increased recently.
Planning to take the bike to Service Centre for the handle and heat problems.
                    Any suggestions?

Hope you mean that you changed your engine oil to motul 15w50 and not 15w20. Hope its a typo.

WOW... 8K in 5 months. By the way, does the cooling fan kick in when the engine gets too hot?. Because it's summer bro, I guess engine getting a bit hotter is not a negative sign. In case if the engine fan doesn't start or you keep getting the warning from your console, you have to definitely look into it.

If Moving the bike in slow traffic by partially disengaging (pulling the lever) the clutch is called as Slipping the Clutch, Then I could say that I have to do it everyday since I have to park My bike in a very Narrow lane.
Riding on clutch (Riding with clutch partially\slightly engaged) is also a common problem. At stop\go traffic, many do that to avoid too much power getting into rear wheel from engine. Here the partial clutch cuts off some power from engine and helps us to maneuver bumper traffic, there by it slips. With occasional rides a day, it should not create much problem(Note all clutch plates wear, by it can be kept minimum). Check with svc first immediately, as yours isn't a very old bike

I have to find an alternative.

                              Came to know the issue.
It was improper tuning and rear brake getting engadged all the time.

Took 15 min to rectify both.
Now back to beast mode . All issue resolved.
