Easy DIY. Bleeding the air bubbles can be a Pain.
Are the final results worth the pain?
Or does the current lines have the sufficient bite?

Defenitely worth it, used to feel a lack of bite and feedback on stock when braking hard, after the upgrade it no longer gives me a problem. But make sure you have done it properly, else it will not make any diffrence.Originally posted by Saurabh Umadikar View PostKk Thanks bro..!!

An easier DIY is to clean the rotor and pads every 1000 kms.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Good, I love long trips. But unfortunately with my health\physiq I find it uncomfortable\painful to go beyond 100KMs\1.5 hrs which ever is higher.Originally posted by sieze.s View PostThen you haven't seen me riding though, 2500 ODO done, out of which 1200 ripping hard (47 days old bike), 2 small trips done. up for one today (chandigarh, shimla, patiyala, home(Gurgaon)) :P
Earlier ripped RTR180, I say old habits don't go off easily.
Drive careful bro...

Cool, I'm looking for this once my bike has completed 5K (2nd servcice). We all know this kind of mods will screw up the warranty. Is there any way to remove this (Without any sign of existence like wire cuts\marks) before service and put it back after service?. I checked in all bajaj SVC near to me and to my misfortune, they strictly prohibit such activities like change of horn\lights\sprocketing\etcOriginally posted by John P Daniel View PostMy friend has fitted with dual tone horn on his ns and so far no issues were found. I think it's safe. The horns were directly fitted with no relay or anything. One was in usual horn spot while the other was fitted below the radiator on the shroud bolt.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
The stock socket can be used for the first horn. Second horn can be fitted using extra wire from the first horn. When necessary, the original horn can be fitted along with the stock socket alone. Make sure the extra wire is placed between the pin and sockets to ensure tight connection. Also, the second horn was slightly bent backwards to avoid hitting the front mudguard during hard braking.Cool, I'm looking for this once my bike has completed 5K (2nd servcice). Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
You are pretty much right, it looks like a direct fit, just open the panel and drill holes...fit with screws\bolts. Let the spare become available...Originally posted by bikerahul View PostWish the visor of AS200 fits directly on NS.. Those long rides wud bcome a little more comfortable..
