I noticed that you have the high bean switch on. Sorry to be a pain, but kindly switch it back to dipped lights. High beam hurts the eyes of the drivers coming in the opposite direction.

Congratulations on getting the bike. May you have many joys on it.

N IMO white is the only colour in the dual color range which gives this bike a big bike look.. Before that the single tone colours used to look really good...
Thank you. Your answer helped me get close to a decision. Yes, I agree that white gives that big bike look when I saw it in person.

      Hi guys,
Bike is 10000 km old. just got it serviced. I happen to go on a long ride just before service and oil was pretty old and i was on Bajaj oil after 2nd service. My engine felt more throtty as compared to my friends Ns which is 2k old. Red lined it all the way and his bike felt more smooth. All thogh my bike had no compromise on performance. i just feel like my bike is more revved beacuse even after bike service it did not feel so smooth. and i also notices that around 9k rpm the Rpm needle vibrates a lot. Need some input on why its happening? Please help guys. Posted this earlier. Request some advice my dear friends.

Yes, hind motors is least interested in selling. they dont even attend to customers properly. very high headed fellows!

BTW, if you go there please ask when will the AS200 come in stock.

Insurance is 2445 and temp number is 55, they promised to give Helmet/Helmet lock and teflon coating too.i am yet to take delivery of bike. total should be 94450 ex showroom and with 3 % road tax .it will cost 97,500 something On road (200rs for smart card/RC). AS seem like a good buy too ,SS was launched nearly a month ago and they dont have a test bike till now. AS might well take good 2-3 Months.

Will often clutchless gear shifting damage the engine?

Guys bike is heating up quickly these days ..
Overheating icon poped 3 times yest night ..
Even though coolant temp was up the fan wasn't working and upon manually checking the fan with battery it works !
What might be the issue then ?
Thermostat or fan sender unit ?

Do not ride the bike if it overheats, it will damage the engine.

Supply to fan motor has to be checked, if its not OK then check radiator relay or CDI

Also check the fuse and thermostat

Cdi control other things as well

If thermostat fails fan will not kick in which causes engine to overheat. First check the thermostat then cdi and other stuff like fuse, etc

But shifting beyond 7K all the way to 10k+ is insane.. I tried only few times in my 4k KMs post my run-in. And have had a tough time with a duke, all others disappeared in my RVM . Well duke is a duke, have not seen a single duke going slow. But all these NSians seem to ride very slow. Maybe they don't know what their machine's are capable of?
Nevertheless when I was riding with my friend's RC390 (as a pillion), a P220 jumped into an action. P220 guy never gave up (Too bad he didn't realize the power of 390, but I did), however with a single downshift 390 disappeared in secs. What I want to say here is P220 is well, P220
Then you haven't seen me riding though, 2500 ODO done, out of which 1200 ripping hard (47 days old bike), 2 small trips done. up for one today (chandigarh, shimla, patiyala, home(Gurgaon)) :P
Earlier ripped RTR180, I say old habits don't go off easily.

What will be the total cost to do this work ?
