AFAIK the one way is to replace it with new one.

I checked these screws also these are enough tight. But the problem is still there and acceleration is also inconsistent.[emoji20] So what should I do now?
          Any suggestions?

If I don't change it any time soon ,will that damage my engine or affect the performance of my bike.

I don't know abt damage but loose timing chain will reduce the performance. ODO reading?

There is provision to adjust timing chain,
                    Have you got it adjusted?

No . Also the sound only comes when my engine is warm.

Guys yesterday i put my bike on chock while standing but i gave acceleration (full throttle) for not more than 30 seconds. Then after covering 4km bike refuse to go beyond 4k rpm and if i push it more than 4k rpm engine dies. It start again but not going beyond 4k rpm. Then i open spark plug cap. It works. Is any damage caused to the bike engine

Too much of rich mixture, choke makes rich mixture, plus you opened the full throttle for 30 sec [emoji51]..... Which could be the reason, spark plugs go fouling...

Don't do this. Leave at choke mode for sometime which should be enough[emoji106] ...

Haven't used castrol power 1 so can't comment on it. Currently my bike is running on motul 7100 and its just perfect for NS. Once the engine oil heats up to its optimal temperature then shows its true colours. Bike feels more rev happy and gears start to fall in right place. Though you will not notice it in your daily commutes if they are less than 50 kms (to and fro). But while touring you will definitely feel the change once the oil has heated up.[emoji4]
