    Hello Friends,
I Would Like To Share Some Of My Experience On The NS200(2014)
    My Choice Of NS200:-
I Had A Big Confusion Between The Duke200 And NS200 When I Was Planning to Purchase,And Finally I Choosed NS As My Choice Here The Reasons
    *My Budget Was Below 1.3lak₹
    *Less Maintaince Cost Than Duke200
*Easy Maintaince And Services Center's Are Nearby In My Locality
*Good Top-end Compared To The Duke200
*There is No Aggressive Power In Lower RPM
*Good Stability And Good Weight On Front End
    *Good Brakes With Petal Disc
    *Value For Money
These Are The Reasons Why I Choosed NS200.

    My First Impression:-
My First Impression On This Bike Was Really Good And There Was A Heavy Feel On Trafic But After I Get Set To The Bike it Was Clear And The Tyres Wich Offered By The Company Was Not Satisfactory. So I Changed With The Michelin After Riding 10000kms.NS200 Was Producing The Power At 6000RPM.So There Was A Powerlag In Lower RPM.

    Maintenance Tips:-
NS200 Is one Of The Bike Wich Is easy To Maintain. There Are Some Ways Wich I Maintained My Bike
    *Oil Change For Every 6000kms
    (Motul7100 20W40)
    *Wash For Every 1000kms
    (If Necessary)
    *Chain Cleaning&Lubeing
    (For every 400kms)
    *General Checkup
    (For Every 1000kms)
    *Chain Slack Adjustment
    (When Ever Necessary)
    *Airfilter Cleaning
    (For every 3000kms)
    *Break Pads Cleaning&Fluid Top Up
    (For Every 10000kms)
    *Coolent Change
    (For Every 20000kms)
    *Sparkplug Cleaning
    (For Every 3000kms)
    *Carburetor Cleaning
    (For Every 15000kms)
    *Front Fork Oil Change
    (Every 15000-20000kms)
    *Swingarm Axel Greecing
    (For Every 10000kms)
    *Lubricating Some Important Parts
    (Whenever Necessary)
    *Airpessure Checking And Refilling
    (For Every 500-1000kms)
*Replacement Of Spares Wich Are Worned Out
    (On Every Service)

These Are The Ways How You Can Maintain Your NS200 As The Stock Condition. If Any Question Comment Below.

      Dear Friends,

I am facing issue in my NS, Some whining noise coming from left side magnet side area while reeving RPM also there is some vibration on footrest & i also found rattling sound coming from left side magnet area cover it is some kind of part rattling noise. it looks like a one way clutch noise. i am not yet confirmed about this.
after some time of running like 10 to 15 km battery low symbol was glowing, & battery got discharge completely unable to start again. My 200 NS is 2012 DEC model & completed 48000 km. anyone faced the same issue???

It's kind of this type noise- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7dyujlCkD0

      • Use fuel additives if you plan on taking a break from riding!

First things first, the Bajaj ASCs near Hinjewadi, Pune are not satisfactory at all. I had to give my bike to a third party service center (Clutch & Gear, Wakad) to get it fixed.

Now, just to give you a little backstory, I came to Pune in April 2016 from Ahmedabad for MBA from Symbiosis. And hence I didn't get much time to ride and barely clocked much kms since then. After that, I had to go to Mumbai for 3 months and so I parked my bike with a cover in Pune.

Note: No matter how well you cover your bike, the dust will find its way on/in your bike!

So I didn't use my bike for 4-5 months since then and hence the bike required a full service for which I gave it to the nearest Bajaj ASC. They got it working but I soon realized that they didn't do the job completely as the bike stalled and didn't start for 5-10 mins after clocking few kms. After 5-10 mins the bike was working properly again. This kept happening the whole day. Later that day I got busy and didn't get time to give it for service again and also, I wanted to get it serviced from a good place.

Few days later I tried cranking the bike but the bike refused to start. I did a little bit of research online and found this place, "Clutch & Gear" which had a 4+ rating on Google Maps. They came to pick up the bike and I told them about the issues. They washed the bike, sterilized the carburetor, changed 2 spark plugs, cleaned the fuel tank, cleaned the fuel system and also refueled with Rs. 200 worth of petrol. All this costed me Rs. 1000 (including Rs. 200 for bike pickup which is reasonable imo). And I have to say that they did a fantastic job and the bike felt as good as new. I also switched from Motul 5100 to 7100 and replaced the oil filter.

I also realized that the front tyre was now over 5 years old and I didn't want to risk anything and hence switched to PSD 110/80-17 which cost me Rs. 2800 + Rs. 300 for tubeless valve and fitting. Now that I have a little more free time, I intend to do 1 bike ride every weekend for at least the next few months and I recently took the bike to Lavasa and was very pleased with the performance of the PSD.

Gist of the story is, use good fuel additives/stabilizers in your bike if you plan on taking a break from riding your bike and get it serviced from a good service center.

Michelin pilot street radial front 140/70 back and 110/70 front both together will cost you around 9000 rs.
Cost is little high but they are worth every penny of their cost.. Super grippy on dry as well as wet roads..
