Dont listen to those people, they dont know anything.200NS is true charm and a budget gift for India's youth by Bajaj. I have owned this bike for 2 years man, took well care of it by servicing on time(engine oil motul 7100),never did rev engine unnecessarily, still gives me mileage of 38kmpl,no major repair (17000km done) only changed break pad once, close your eye and buy 200NS . (This my advice based on my 200ns) m sure many of the ns owner will say the same. Cheer's, all the best.

They are newbies talking sir, no offense. I have an old p150 done 90000kms in hills till date and have no issues. Bajaj bikes are cheapest to maintain, the price for Yamaha brake pads at rear and Bajaj full brake caliper is same, so you can easily gauge what I mean.
There are many rave 1 lakh+ kilometres review of NS200 over YouTube and this thread too. The motor is a gem, the handling is best in class. Yes, I would call it better than RTR200 despite what others would say. You can just type NS200 track on YouTube and see what this baby can do.

I use a 200 NS, been about 47,500 Kms so far.

The bike is the best Bajaj has come up with so far. Which is why even after stopping production, they had to bring it back because of the consumer demand.

Apache is okayish. I wouldn't slander another bike's name to say mine is better. But I don't know of an Apache lasting close to 50k Kms.

I plan to upgrade to Dominar. But I'll always keep my NS, because it's given me memories for a lifetime.

The only issues I faced is the stock tyres that they gave 4 years ago. The Euroslips.

If you do get the NS, upgrade tyres to Michelin pilot Street for rear, and Mrf FX 1 for front. You'll see a different bike.

Planet Bajaj at Wakdewadi. I don't have any personal experience but I've heared it's a pretty good place for both Bajaj and KTM motorcycles.

                Hello guys,

Has anyone tried installing front RS200 abs disc plate into NS200. My stock plates need replacement, and i always loved the bite of RS200. Can this be done?

Kind of off -topic, will delete if need be.

I will be buying NS200 ABS next week.
                  My height is 5.6.
Will the NS be comfortable enough for me?

The bike is little tall compared to other bikes in the same segment. I guess it wont be comfortable. Take a test drive in any busy road and decide.

Guys I have got 2017 NS in last June and it's awesome. The problem/ query I am having is when I go above 90kmph, the ride gets choppy. There is too much vertical movement specially from rear tyre and I am losing confidence because of this. NS is also having stiff suspension so that's my observation for this. I usually ride on NH 8 which is one of the best highways in India. Do anyone of you have same experience? Any tips/solution will help...

Check your rear tyre pressure it might be very high..keep it under 29psi. And try filling with nitrogen bcoz it doesn't expand with heating..hope it will help.

                            Finally got the setup done...

Initial Impression, bite is better but can improve more once the pads and the disc grooves are matched.

                                Sure,

                                Please Note :-

This Mod is simply for the people who any which ways have to replace their worn out Disc Rotor.
And with few hundreds you can get a Stopping Power better than your Stock, close to RS200 (ABS)

To Start with I wanted to do this mod only if its plug and play and without any fabricating/altering.

The RS200 300mm Disc Rotor is a direct fit into the NS200 Rim.

Even though the Caliper of NS200 and RS200(ABS) is same, NS200 Caliper wont accomodate the bigger disc.

However to overcome this hurdle is a simple solution. Source a RS200 (ABS) Caliper Extension/Distant/Chamber whatever you wanna call it. It looks like this

                                The Part in Grey color

I got this from a 2nd Hand Market in Mumbai(Chor Bazaar)

Since it was a new Disc Rotor i Put a new RS200 (ABS) Disc pads.

My objective was Sharper and responsive brakes so i went for Steel braided Brake lines from Pulsar 220. However this is Optional, as it adds to the Cost heavily.

No ABS ring or Sensor needed.

                                Cost Comparison

                                NS200 Disc Rotor 1550rs + New Pads 190rs = 1740
                                RS200 ABS Disc 1800rs + New Pads 230rs + Used Chamber/extension/distant 200rs = 2230
                                Steel braided Lines (optional) 1000rs = 3230

Sorry but i just got one picture. Will post more tomorrow.
