I'd tested the gixxer a year back. Found the gears very smooth. Bad test bike maybe, cause surely they won't go backwardsOriginally posted by Gowty View PostDrove a New Gixxer SF Fi version yesterday. Refinement is good but the gears were hard to shift. Looks like NS has far better gear box with smooth clicks

Pulsar 200NS Chain problems
Hi
I own a 2015 200NS Black/Blue and i've done 21,000 kilometers on it so far. But i've had a problem so consistent that its tearing me up in frustration
. For the last three times i gave it to a Bajaj ASS, the chain would become extremely lose and it would make a lot of noises that affects rideability so much that pickup is lost, mileage is affected and so on. In fact it was so bad that it actually came off as i was trying to pull away from a signal, pretty much the first break down. I've owned a Discover DTS-SI before this and it had the same problem but only after i drove it in the wet, but this thing happens for no reason. I asked a local mechanic and he said that the chain sprocket is lose and the chain is weak. I'm beginning to think that the Bajaj ASS I give it to is in fault. But I also want to know if any P200NS owners out there have experienced this and share their workarounds?
Also Can anyone recommend a Good Bajaj ASS in Chennai? I regularly give it to Ram Motors in Ayanavaram. Thanks.

New Apache rtr 200 4v matte red color paint chipping off...
Hi friends... My name is Shashank... I brought a new Apache rtr 200 4v by November and I've completed 3.1k kms... But for just 3 months only my bike's paint is coming off... So please suggest me a way to solve this... Is it usual that paint comes off easily for just 3 months?? Company people are blaming telling it's due to the movement of cloth when our clothes rub on that paints... i even showed the chipping of paint when it was a small amount... But now it's enlarging and still company people are not ready to get it proper...So please give me good suggestions to get this thing proper... How can I overcome this problem... And is there any waxes or polishes for matte paints to maintain the other part of the bike's paint???Please suggest me a good solution....[emoji20][emoji20]

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Well Tested two bikes back to back, one a new and anther a 7 months old bike and both were quite similar in terms of Gear shifting. I'll try again at some other showroom next time.Originally posted by Vicky_New_Guy View PostI'd tested the gixxer a year back. Found the gears very smooth. Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
That's because this was one of the Bajaj's bikes which actually was quite good and sold really well.Originally posted by Gowty View PostEven without the bike, this thread is quite active isn't it [emoji5]
But Bajaj being Bajaj, they had to stop its production. The answer is - Sasta nasha mixed in the company's water cooler.
Regards.
