It's not only the 200NS, but almost every manual transmission bike "suffers" from finger fatigue due to clutch play in slow bumper to bumper traffic. Without any luggage, the 200ns is still sufficiently slim to squeeze through traffic. But I remember I ended up with pretty sore fingers on my left hand in the bumper to bumper traffics when I was in Phnom Penh (Cambodia) and Bangkok (Thailand), wishing very much that I was on an automatic transmission instead.

If the MAJORITY of your traveling is likely to be in traffic, have you considered a scooter with an automatic transmission?Originally posted by nsp92 View Post

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
For Tall riders NS is a Bliss. NS is flickable, does 0 - 60 in 3.6 Secs, but has a huge turning radius. Do a Test drive on the new model. Heard the new one is super refined than the old gen.Originally posted by nsp92 View PostHey,
I'm planning to purchase a Pulsar 200NS 2017 edition. I wanted to know your opinion on whether the bike will be fit for me.
I am 6ft tall, like comfortable rides with a straight position. I'm used to riding automatic scooters and want to upgrade to a bike. I don't like to ride fast or anything but I want a sporty looking bike with good low end torque (for city riding). Not too expensive on maintainence either.
Please let me know if you think NS200 will suit me.
Thanks!

Re: Bajaj Pulsar 200NS Decal Replacment
Yup, seems soOriginally posted by FalseChard7808 View PostThanks Mr. Nair, I will take a look. This isn't the first time i had to do this. When I had a Bajaj Discover, i had to go through hell just to get a Yoke for my accelerator, through official channels. Guess, i'll have to do that again.
. Irrespective of low or high-end model, Bajaj does not discriminate between it's customers!

For That Bajaj Should have different models. NS is nothing but detuned KTM 200 with 3 spark plug.Originally posted by Santosh Nair View PostYup, seems so

Nop.
NS just uses the same bottom of duke, piston, cylinder connecting rod and few more and very different cylinder heads.
Using the same cubic capacity ( bore and stroke)
Means they can share some part, other than that they are very different engines.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Hello friends, a serious issue here! My friend's 2013 model Pulsar 200NS was not behaving properly in the end of the 2016, i.e Dec31(to be accurate).
The problem is that even though when the bike has adequate fuel, the engine shuts down itself when it is running like the bike ran out of fuel... And when we try to restart the bike, nope.. It's not at all responding! But after sometime, when we crank the engine, it gets it's life again.. But as soon as we twist the throttle, it goes off again! [emoji20]
It was given at a local mechanic shed and he told that, coil has been fused and that was the culprit, he told. Then he asked us to change it and take the bike back the next day!
After then the problem was completely resolved and till date it performed well!
But today the same happened again and it's making us go mad!
As we are noob to this section, we couldn't find out the cause for this problem!
Please help and let me know the root cause for this problem!
Am guessing that either the fuel pump or the accelerator cable is the cause!
Or maybe it's all just because of 'Airlock'?
Please help me to sort this problem.
Am seriously fed up of this problem as I am sending this to you people standing in the middle of the road!
Thanks!
Ride safe!

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Took a test ride of the NS200 2017 edition. Overall felt good, but I could make out some serious vibrations by the time the bike reaches 40-50kmph. Is this common?
Note: I was riding pillion behind my friend during the test drive.

After 70kmph vibrations are normal in NS
. But not at 40-50 range!

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
There is one tube below the tank, on the left hand side to be exact. Do check that tube. If it's pressed between the tank and frame , the fuel will be block and the bike will turn off like there is no fuelOriginally posted by Santhu Shyam View PostHello friends, a serious issue here!
