Yes it is. But since the grade is different it may void the warranty. Try Motul 7100 20W50. Though there's some argument which one being better. Can't comment on that since I haven't used 5100..

Gowty bajaj prescribes 20w50 so we must use that as its for the best of performance

Motul 5100 is 100% suitable for both the 220 and 200 NS and offers very good performance and doubles up as an effective option to the 7100. The 5100 20w50 or 15w50 both are good grades to be used in the 220 and 200 NS. Very capable oil, and can be run to a max of 3.5 kms max before requiring an oil change. 7100 is FS and 5100 is sem syn.

                      Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                      The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

                      THE END

That's why I said about the warranty part bro. Though there are people who use 5100 as there's not so much difference in Viscosity.

                            Hello everyone,

                            Yet another tyre question.

The euroslips have become quite bad on my bike. The rubber seems to have hardened, there are cracks everywhere and I have fallen twice in the last 6 months and i am sure the bad grip on the tyres played a part.

I am looking at upgrading to tyres with excellent grip. I have an amazon gift card and I am thinking of spoiling my bike and myself by getting these:

Pirelli Diablo Rosso II 150/60 R17 M/CTL 66H Tubeless Bike Tyre, Rear (Home Delivery): Amazon.in: Car & Motorbike
Pirelli Diablo Rosso II 110/70 R17 M/CTL 54H Tubeless Bike Tyre, Front (Home Delivery): Amazon.in: Car & Motorbike

The stock sizes on our NSes are: Front - 100/80-17 and Rear - 130/70-17.

The pirellis are 110/70-17 for front and150/60-17 for rear.

Can anyone using these tyre profiles on their NS give feedback?

                              Hi,
I have not used the tyres that you Have mentioned.
But I am using mrf masseter 140/70 in the rear and it is having superb grip. You can give it a try.

                                Hey,

I read about the masseters after their recent launch. I hear the Rev-Zs also give great grip. I would like to try the Pirellis once if it wont adversely affect the bike.
