Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Hi ashwin bro, I've seen videos of leakage of oil from clutch cover of ns, they use anabond sealant to stop the leakage, is this correct way of fixing oil leakage in ns.Originally posted by ashwinprakas View PostNS is just as reliable as any other liquid cooled motorcycle.

Yes, the magneto cover leak like Gixxer. Thats one of the ways to fix it or else one has to replace the whole coil assembly. So much Anabond like shown in youtube need not be applied.Originally posted by #bpk View PostHi ashwin bro, I've seen videos of leakage of oil from clutch cover of ns, they use anabond sealant to stop the leakage, is this correct way of fixing oil leakage in ns.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
By mechanical seal you mean the water pump seals, various shafts and fork oil seals? Is there an interval one should follow, any idea, like 30-40k? I find NS from Bajaj fantastic value for money and it oozes quality. With that frame and engine bay, Its like a mini-car on 2 wheels. I wish Bajaj gives it viscous oil filter in future.Originally posted by ashwinprakas View PostNS is just as reliable as any other liquid cooled motorcycle.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
You've mentioned 100% CITY RIDING:
BLINDLY Choose the Apache 160 4v ,the segment leader !
It's pretty good in all aspects.
As your riding is in traffic there's no reason to opt 200 cc I hope.If you're not concerned about the mileage you can go for P220 or Apache 200 .
PS: I hope P220 won't be a troublesome like NS as you'd been mentioning !
Choose wisely !Last edited by Aswinlogi; 10-26-2018, 09:59 PM.

A mechanical seal connects two mechanisms preventing leakage.Motorcycling Experience:

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Go to 99rpm(dot)com -> bajaj -> pulsar 200 NS BSIV. Select the page with tank and tubes. Details of where to where will be there in the catalogue. See if it helps. IIRC, purge valve is connected between carb and EVAP canister.Originally posted by rajkumar514 View PostI got confused with connecting hoses

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
There will be an opening on the side of the carb. That opening will be connecting to the roof of the bowl. This is my GS' carb. Yours will be similar. See the projection near fuel inlet.Originally posted by rajkumar514 View PostIn carb where to connect bro?
