Waiting fr my bumblebee..have done the full payment on 26th July.

One query for all : where can we get the disc lock mentioned in this thread before in bangalore ?

If there is a dedicated thread for this please redirect me there.
    Yes, that's an HDR image.

Regarding Yellow, well as far as I know, it's the most produced colour. So, it should not be a problem. Also, you need to push these dealers. At Kasturba Road, I waited for 10 days after making the full payment, and eventually lost my patience, and gave piece of my mind to the Sales Guy. Within 5mins he called me and said "Sir, come you can collect the vehicle in one hour"

Not sure specifically, but you can all the stuff at JC Road for sure.

Yeah, ill try to avoid long rides, but my home is 140 Kms far...

I too face similar issues like rubbing sound at rear discs,
    sometimes un-engaging down shifts
and i think engine was smooth on day1. Now it sounds bit harsh and not very smooth gears as on day1.
    Any suggestions ?

Also, why these problems in south indian bikes ? Pune / Delhi owners didn't complain about these
It could well be for the fact the OEM suppliers were changed for third lot of bikes which were sold to South India. Till not I don't have any problems with the rear discs. But it's a common issue with rear disc, if there are debris inside. However I have a feeling that for people who are having issues with their disc brakes will eventually require to get them adjust from SVC Centre.

How many Kms you have done on ODO? If you are just hovering between 90 - 300Kms, Get you oil change, the harshness will go. The Oil from factory is the "purest" form of water!

My ODO is already 400. Missed out on changing the oil.
Also, in one of your previous posts i saw you were using a bag.
Which one is it ? Does it have a laptop compartment ? How spacious is it ?
Even if it doesn't have a laptop compartment, is it spacious to accommodate a laptop ?

      • Hey friends I need some advice...
        I booked a pulsar 200 NS..

i'm 5'4" inch tall,20yrs....i test drove one also. I could only balance the bike with one leg, while at halt.
so im a bit confused now, whether to go for the NS or not.
is this height (5'4") suitable to ride a NS?
will i end in trouble,if i had to stop in traffic junctions, especially with a pillion..?

        • @Chennai NSians. Just called the kln showroom people to know if the batch had arrived. It seems yellow and blue have arrived and there is a shortage of red. It seems the batch of red is supposed to leave the Godown today. He was saying he expected that the batch coming in today will have red but alas it didn't.. Such a sad state of mine. He is asking to shift to the yellow, but have already got a red helmet and red gloves to match my red queen.. The wait is excruciating:banghead::banghead:

Depends on how confident you are.. that you can control it in traffic.. Handling a P200NS isn`t difficult, but if you aren`t confident.. don`t.. but, if there is nothing apart from this stopping you.. I guess.. you should go ahead..!!

just test ride on again with pillion and check whether you are comfortable while taking turns with stops during turns..like in traffic.. left, right, U turn with pillion..

                    • Hi all p200ns owners,
firstly congratulations to all those who got hold of their ns and also to those who r still to get their hands on it..
Second , the main centre stand is now in stock in service centres (in mumbai, dont know about other states), got it installed in my freinds ns, the main stand makes easy to put the heavy bike to stand very comfortably, and also while pushing down one need to give a small push and the bike is off the mainstand....

Yellow one is my new ns after red one that i purchased before any showrooms had it with dem...

Lastly, captured those pics of two cousin bikes ( hope u all like it)

                        • Something struck me when I was looking at pictures of the backseat disengaged. Do you think a flat metal panel could be put along the back where the seat's supposed to be, to make it look like a one-seater?

The back looks high and aggressive so with the seat removed, it might look even sharper.

                          • Rear Disc Noise

                            Hi All,
I had reported Rear Disc Noise in my previous posts. Had taken it to SVC today. Got the problem sorted out( I have no idea what he did and . Will have to wait for 1 or 2 days and see whether the problem bounces back.

Since my bike has run 110 Km, I would like to change my oil. Which would be suitable oil and the price of the same.

@All with rear disc issues- Please go to the nearest SVC and get it rectified

                            Cheers and Thanks

Currently its giving me 37. Also I am planning to put iridium spark plugs and air filter. I would like to know will this affect its mileage. Is it necessary to put?
I am a kind of rider who wants performance but dont want to hamper my machine. Please guys help me.
