Expected date of delivery was actually "end of first week of August" since they did not have any blue color bikes in stock.
But last Thursday the manager called me and confirmed if i wanted blue one only since it has arrived that morning. He said he could try to register the bike as soon as Friday if he gets "some pay slip" on Thursday itself.
But on Friday he called me again and informed that i have been allotted the bike but it would be registered only on Monday. But since Friday was auspicious day he gave me the option to ride it to the nearest temple and bring back before evening.
I do not want to ride my bike before registration. So i requested him to call me after registration so that i can pick up my bike.
All these times they were very humble and patient towards me. So kudos to them.
Any Chennai bikers around who had already received the bike ?Comment

Guys...Had a mixed day..The happy part was that I saw the bumblebee and it looks great!! confused again but will make my final decision only after seeing the red..
Now for the sad part..My parents saw the bike today ( in hyderabad ) and they didnt like it.. They thought the tank portion was bulky ( i loved the tank design ) and they didnt like the step seat..According to them, every time i brake, my pillion will fall on me..And the worst part of this was that some great employee of that showroom said that it will not give mileage of more than 20-25 kms!!! My parents now are a little angry and disappointed at my decision..I dont know how to convince them..

here for my friend who was gone for booking R15 V2.0, he and his dad gone with cash for booking. After all things set, that guy told his father no one can ride as pillion as there is no hand grip and mileage will be maximum 30. My friends heart was broken. Even today he hasn't able to own R15. He is a hardcore r15 lover. morons
